CHAPTER 33 JULIAN FINISHED THE last crumb of toast and drank the rest of his coffee. He was relieved to feel slightly better than he had on waking up. He tried not to let negative thoughts of Malcolm run riot through his head and make him any more depressed than he was already. “All done?
