My destiny

Today is a sunny day but not as hot as usual, when you feel you are dying in summer. Today the king is doing a yagna for the peace of his state. Every king wants the peace and prosperity of his kingdom. So like every year, the king of Indrapuri is again doing the yagna for his people's happiness. The time period of the yagna is three days. The third day, the king himself with some people of state and ministers offers the offering to the water God. Today is the day of offering. The offering includes milk, fruit and food. After the offering to water God the food is offered to poor people. The king was about to go back after offering, they suddenly heard a baby crying. The king turned around and saw a small basket floating in the river. So he swims fast to catch the basket because a baby's voice is coming from the basket. He catches the basket and swims towards the shore. When he saw a baby wrapped in clothes. He tried to calm the baby down. The king doesn't have any children even after a fifteen-year marriage. The king thought child as a blessing of water God. He decided to adopt the baby since he didn't have any child of his own. The kid is brown-skinned with beautiful brown eyes full of innocence. The king took the baby back to the palace. The king had already sent the notice to the palace about the incident. The king reached the palace in a carriage. The queen was already waiting for the king, so when the king reached the door she came running. She welcomed the king and baby by doing a procedure to keep away the evil eye. She took the baby from the king then hugged the king. She had light tears of happiness in her eyes after having baby from the blessings of God. She thanked God again and again in her heart. “ Your majesty, we are really lucky to have this child even if it's not our biological child. ” Says the queen. “ Of course queen, let's go inside first. The kid was crying because he must be hungry. He slept due to maybe crying for a long time. ” “ OK your majesty. Let's go inside. ” they went inside the palace happily. The king and Queen take care of baby happily. After two to three days, ministers advised the king to name the prince with the help of a royal priest. Names are given after doing the star calculations. So, for discussing a good time to name the prince. The king went to the head royal to have a discussion. The priest welcomed the king by folding both hands in namaste. The king touched the feet of a priest since he is older than the king. The king is served water and some fresh fruits by the priestess. “Your majesty, you are here. Is everything alright in the palace? " “ Yes priest, everything is good due to your and God's blessings. Today I am here. I want to name my child. I found a baby in the river, so I adopted him since I don't have any children of my own. ” “ You are doing a good deed by adopting that child. Your majesty's day after tomorrow is a good day for naming a baby, but I need to see the kid to predict his future and name the baby. So tomorrow morning I will come to see the child. ”the priest said. “ You are always , sir, in our humble home. You can come at any time if you want too. I will be waiting for you. ” “OK, I will come tomorrow morning to bless the baby, your majesty.” the priest said. “I will take my leave now sir. We need to prepare for the day after tomorrow for the naming ceremony of our baby.” “Yes, you can leave your majesty. I can't bind you here since you are busy. ” the priest said. After the king left, the priest says ‘ there are a lot of trials left in the life of that child. Once he clears all that, he will have a happy life. ’ The king left happily for the palace. They started the preparation for the naming ceremony of the prince. The invitations were sent to close relatives and friends who are nearby. The queen ordered all the servants to decorate the palace as beautifully as the bride. The palace is going in full swing for preparation for the upcoming naming ceremony. The palace is being decorated with different flowers, diyas, rangoli etc. NEXT DAY  The king and queen got ready to welcome the priest. Baby when woke up. He was fed first. The baby was massaged with oil all over the body, then the queen bathed him first with milk and rose while carefully avoiding the ears of the baby. After that, the baby was cleaned with warm water. After that, he was wrapped in clothes quickly. The queen dried with cotton cloth. Then the proper clothes were worn for him by the queen. After that, the king and Queen had their breakfast, which was aloo Puri, dal rice etc. After that, the king went to court to solve the morning court cases. The king exactly today when the priest. The priest was welcomed by both the king and queen inside the palace. First the priest served water and then some fruit. First the priest asked about the well-being of the king and queen, then he asked about the baby if the baby was alright. The king assured him that everything was alright with him. How is everything going on with you, sir? “ Your majesty, I would like to see the child. So I can see proper calculations of his future. ” the priest said. “ Of course you are my father figure. I would like it if you were to give my child your blessings. Queen, why don't you get the child here? ” the king said. “OK your majesty, I will come back fast. ”
