William gently pushed Mia against the wall behind her, lifting up her chin before he kissed her deeply

~~~~
Mia Smith suspected something was a little off when she kept getting visions every night, it wasn't until her father made her twin sister Sophie and her move half way across the world where her visions got more intense.
Nevertheless, she lived a relatively normal life among other humans. It wasn't until she bumped into a werewolf, William Xavier, that her life finally began to make sense.
However, William proved to be passively aggressive and seemed to always be watching her. When his pack comes face to face with vampires it's only logical for Mia and Sophie to try and help, putting themselves at risk. Despite William's blue eyes and black fur, Mia finds herself falling for the werewolf. Only fate will decided whether he can protect her from those who are set to destroy his pack and anyone who means the world to him.
Mia stood in front of the large mirror inside her room. Her brown hair was messy, as she hadn't brushed it yet, and her blue eyes stared back at her but she could simply see the anxiety in her eyes. She took a deep breath as she could feel her anxiety begin to play up. You see, Mia used to live in Austin, Texas with her twin sister Sophie and her father Michael, but Michael had gotten a job in a small town in England called Crosscraig - it was an old town with old buildings and new ones. She hated these situations - meeting new people, going to a new school, for her and her sister it wasn't a good idea. She heard her bedroom door open and turned to see Sophie walking in. “Good morning Sophie, the look on your face means you don’t approve of these colours," she uttered with a small smile on her face. The school uniforms were red, yellow, and grey it reminded her of Harry Potter. Sophie rolled her eyes and nodded, "Yes, why can't they be green like Slytherin instead of Gryffindor colours?" Her sister asked. She laughed and shrugged, "You would be a Slytherin if Harry Potter was real. I would be Ravenclaw because reading and drawing calms me down" she replied. Her sister noticed her uneasiness, "It's going to be okay Mia, I know you can't handle these situations but remember I am here." her sister rubbed her arm as she spoke. Her anxiety was affected by many things and one of the reasons was because of their father Michael. Their father may seem nice to everyone around but when he's alone especially with Mia, he drinks until he blanks out. "I know you are Sophie and I appreciate it I just wish I could be as strong as you or as fearless as you" she confessed as she bit her lip. Her sister shook her head, she hated it when she thought badly about herself, "You are plenty strong. I've just got a short fuse so mostly everyone knows not to mess with me" her sister explained. "Anyway, I came in here as well to show you this." her sister pulled out her phone. She frowned as she grabbed her sister's Galaxy note 10 and clicked on the message that had been sent by Jacob, her boyfriend, Judging by the picture that was sent, it would be Sophie's ex-boyfriend. Her mouth dropped as she was startled with anger - no anger but a mixture of emotions at what she was seeing, Jacob was sitting on the couch with Lilly, one of their friends, snogging her. His hands were placed in Lilly's jean pocket, holding her close to him. "What?" Was all she could think of at the moment, what the hell was he thinking? If he didn't want to be with her sister anymore, why not tell her instead of cheating on her? "Oh, Sophie, I am so sorry." Her sister shook her head and took back her phone, "I knew it wasn't going to end well with us moving to England, but then again, you always told me he was bad news and I never listened," her sister felt silly and angry that she didn't listen to her. Sophie was an alexthmia, which means she can read everyone’s thoughts and emotions, sometimes it did help in there life. Other times I did not. She told her sister that she didn't like the feeling she was getting from Jacob, every time they were out his eyes were somewhere else and so were his feeling. Sophie headed into her room where Mia followed to get a hair-tie since she always seems to lose them. Stepping inside, she noticed that her sister's room was painted black with bits of red entwined with the walls. Sophie's bed was facing a different direction, and her computer desk was filled old rock vinyl. She headed over to her sister's dresser and grabbed a purple hair-tie from the bundle. Mia's eyes followed her sister, who was going through her bedside drawer. "Shoot!" She exclaimed. Mia grew curious as to what her sister was looking for. "My headphones, I can't find my headphones.." Sophie uttered a few moments later. She went through her school backpack, which she hated. It weighed a tone from all the books that were carried inside. She hoped that there would be lovers at this school. She pulled out her pink headphones and handed them to her sister. "Here take these." Her sister took them and placed them in her pocket, "Thank you, Mia." She was about to reply when their father's voice rang through the house, "Sophie! Mia! Get down here, it's time to leave for school." This is it, this is where their new school adventure begins. Sophie grabbed her backpack from her bedroom floor and followed Mia downstairs. Their home was a simple, but modern two-storey house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open plan living area, and a beautiful backyard. She imagined herself sitting out there reading a book while drinking her homemade iced tea. "Finally." Michael huffed, "You girls take forever. I better not be late for work because you two decided to waste time." She couldn't help but feel her throat close up, what was going to happen? Surely he wouldn't send her to school with a bruise on her eye. Then again, he has done it before, she always lied when people asked and said she has fallen or walked into a wall. No matter how much she despised her father, he and Sophie were the only ones she truly had. Yeah, she had friends but most of them were Sophie's. Michael grabbed his keys from the small bowl that was seated on a corner table in the lobby. "Alright, girls lets go." Her sister and herself headed out the front door towards Michael's car, a BMW mSport in black. She sat in the back while her sister claimed the front seat, as always. She felt a lot safer in the back, he couldn't hurt her this way. The trip towards their new school Castlegate College, she was in awe as she stared at the beautiful meadows that were green and were starting to bloom with dandelions in the middle of the meadows were beautiful wolves playing with each other. She was shocked to know that wolves lived here in England. She watched them, watched them be free and run with no care in the world. That's what she wanted, to be free, to feel no more pain. One of the wolves had looked up and met eyes with her's as Michael had stopped at a red light. The wolf had beautiful black fur with piercing blue eyes that were staring into her soul, next to him stood another wolf but this one was brown with brown eyes. 'Beautiful' Mia thought to herself, the car started moving again and the wolves became a distant imagine. It wasn't long, maybe five minutes later, when their father had pulled up by the school. It was crowded with students awaiting to start. She felt the anxiety grow inside her again as she grabbed her backpack; just as she shut the door, their father's hand grabbed her forearm and pulled her towards the car. She felt his wet lips on her ear - which sent shivers down her spine. "Make sure Sophie behaves herself. We don't want her getting in trouble, or for you to get punished for not watching her." Michael whispered. She went to speak and her mouth opened but no words seemed to want to leave her mouth. Mia nodded instead, Michael let go of her arm and pressed the button for the window before he drove off. Her sister was peering over to her a frown on her face, she hated seeing her so frightened. Her sister and herself headed into the school halls to see everyone stare at them. She bit her lip; she hated having this type of attention. Why were they staring at them? She entered the school's office first with her sister behind her. The women behind the desk looked to be in her late forties and was reading Fifty Shades Of Grey - Mia was shocked, to say the least, reading that in school shouldn't be allowed. Maybe in the teacher's lounge, but not where students can actually see what you are reading. "Hello, Tiffany," Sophie spoke up reading the tag on the women's shirt. "We are here for our timetables. We are Sophie and Mia Smith." Tiffany didn't say anything, just clicked on the computer a couple of times, the book still in her hand. Tiffany had on a blue cardigan with a white and blue floral t-shirt, with black pants and white sneakers. The principal's door opened and two boys walked out. Her eyes met a teenager maybe a little older than her and Sophie, he had black hair and blue eyes, his eyes reminded of the beautiful lake back home in Texas. His eyes were on hers, he gave her a small smile. Another boy was standing beside him who didn't look happy but he was smirking at her sister while her sister gave him daggers. She rolled her eyes, her eyes travelled down the one who was smiling at her. She wanted to introduce herself but no words came out of her mouth. "You know staring is rude right?” Tiffany spoke snapping Mia's gaze from the boy. "Here your time tables," she grumbled. Mia frowned and looked down, "Don't worry about her," Sophie spoke up rubbing Mia's back before she grabbed the timetables. "Look at that, we are in the same classes. Except I have Drama and you have art." She smiled and grabbed hers from Sophie's hands and headed out of the office. Not noticing the two boys from before watching them. "William, is that your mate?" Seth asked. "Yeah she is Seth, she seems so shy and fragile," William explained running his hand through his hair and sighed. "This is going to be much harder then I thought it would be, but I'm not complaining she's cute."
