Chapter 4

Olivia’s POV

“Good morning, beautiful. You were incredible last night.

" The pleasure I felt was out of this

world and your little moans was clouded the air last night.

I turned quickly towards the voice and saw him, seated and wearing only his shorts, his bare

body on display. He looked at me seductively while I clutched the bedsheet, realizing I was

completely naked and noticing the bloodstains on the bed where I had lain.

I tried to formulate words, but worlds failed me.

T ears welled up in my eyes as it dawn on me that I had just had s*x with the Lycan king. Not

just s*x but my first s*x. I was no longer a virgin.

Seeing the look on my face, The Lycan King came close to me and pulled me closer to

himself, showing no form of expression on his face. I didn’t realize you were a virgin, I

wouldn’t have touched you at all.

But regardless I was gentle with you, he said pulling me closer for a kiss.

I moved my head away stopping him from going further. Realizing the reality of what I have

gotten into , I stood us and rushed back sneaking into my room as tears poured down my

cheeks. It is not enough that I got rejected my his brother and now i just had a one night

stand with the Lycan king under the Influence of alcohol. I have kept myself for a long time

so I could give my pride to the one I love, my mate.

I felt shattered as ran straight to my room with nothing but regret and shame alone in this

room.

After crying for almost two hours, I finally stood up to freshen up and prepare for the day.

The Royals were retreating back to their packs.

As the Royals prepared to depart, I tried to keep my distance, focusing on my duties.

However, I couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled over me since the previous

night.

Suddenly, I heard the Lycan King's voice cutting through the bustling lobby.

"Where's Olivia?I froze, my heart racing. Ryder, who had been overseeing the departure, turned to Ethan

with a frown.

"Why do you need to see her?" he asked, his voice laced with suspicion.

Ethan's eyes narrowed.

"I don't believe I need to explain myself to you, Ryder.

"

The tension in the air was wild as the two Alphas stared each other down. Just then, I

rounded the corner, hoping to slip by unnoticed.

"Olivia,

" Ethan called out, his voice firm.

"You're coming back to the pack with me.

"

I froze, shocked by his words. Before I could respond, Liam stepped forward, his face

twisted in disgust.

"She shouldn't dare set foot in our territory again,

" he spat.

Ryder moved to stand between me and Ethan.

"This is her home now.

"Olivia stays here,

" he said, his voice leaving

Ethan's eyes flashed dangerously.

"Need I remind you who I am?" he growled, his voice low

"I am the Lycan King, and my word is law. Olivia will return with us.

The other Alphas watched with anger clearly visible on their face. I felt trapped, torn between

my past and the life I had built here.

" I finally managed to say, my voice barely above a whisper.

disobey the Lycan kings command .

Not knowing what else to do, I nodded slowly.

"Olivia, you don't have to do this. You're not bound to him or that pack anymore.

I appreciated Ryder's protection, but I knew I had to face my past eventually.

Liam scoffed, crossing his arms.

"This is ridiculous. She'll only cause trouble.

Ethan shot his step-brother a warning glare before turning back to me.

"Go pack your things,As I turned to go, Ryder caught my arm gently.

"If you need anything, anything at all, you

contact me. Understand?" I nodded gratefully, touched by his concern.

I hurried to my room, my mind filled with so many thoughts. What could the Lycan King

possibly want to discuss? Was this about last night? The thought made my cheeks burn with

shame.

An hour later, I stood in the lobby, my small bag at my feet. Ethan nodded approvingly when

he saw me, while Liam just rolled his eyes.

Ryder approached me one last time.

"Remember what I said, Olivia. You're always welcome

here.

I smiled weakly.

"Thank you for everything, Ryder.

"

As I climbed into the car, I caught a glimpse of my reflection in the window. The girl staring

back at me looked scared and have no clue on what faith has in stock for her .

After about two hours thirty minutes drive we arrived at the pack boarder and finally we got

to the palace.

Immediately I came down ,Alpha Marcus stood in front of me glaring at me. He was

obviously wondering what I was doing with the Lycan king.

I felt a chill run down my spine as Alpha Marcus's cold gaze bore into me.

Ethan stepped forward, his presence commanding instant respect.

before turning to me.

After I followed him, I was given a place to stay in the royal palace.

“ You will be staying

here as from today, the Lycan king said. And you’re going to be my personal Assistant from

today henceforth.

I felt chills run down my spines as I heard those words. Was it because of what happened

between us? I kept thinking, but Ofcourse I had no answer to my question.
