Chapter 1 episode 1 It's the first day of school at Cambridge College, and Tyler, the smartest and most popular student in the school, is walking to class. Everyone in the halls whispers as he passes, in awe of his good looks and superior grades. He goes to class, where he's the smartest student, and he knows it. He always answers every question first, showing off his intelligence. But one day, another student, a shy and quiet boy, answers a question before him. Tyler is enraged, and he can't stop thinking about it. When class ends, he starts to bully the other student, making fun of him in front of everyone. But the other student ignores him. After class, Tyler can't stop thinking about the other student. He's never had someone ignore him before. It drives him crazy. So, he decides to do some research on the student. He learns that the student is actually quite intelligent, and his family is very poor. Tyler starts to feel guilty about how he treated the other student. But his guilt quickly turns to anger, and he decides that he's going to make the other student pay for what he did. Tyler decides to ruin the other student's reputation. He starts spreading rumors about him, saying that he's a liar and a cheat. He tells the other students that the student is using drugs, and that he's failing all of his classes. The other students start to believe Tyler, and they begin to bully the student too. The student becomes isolated and alone, and he stops coming to school. One day, Tyler sees the student walking home, and he decides to follow him. He watches as the student enters his run-down house. Tyler decides to confront the student. He knocks on the door, and the student answers, looking surprised and scared. "What do you want?" the student asks. Tyler steps inside, and says, "I want to apologize." The student looks skeptical, but he lets Tyler in. "I shouldn't have spread those rumors about you," Tyler says. "I was just jealous of your intelligence." The student is quiet for a moment, then he says, "Thank you for apologizing, but I'm not sure I can forgive you." "You don't have to forgive me," Tyler says. "But I want to make things right." He tells the student that he's going to help him get his reputation back. He says he'll tell everyone the truth, and that he'll do whatever it takes to make things right. The student is hesitant, but he eventually agrees. They start working together, and slowly, the student's reputation starts to improve. It's the first day of school, and Sara is nervous. She's never been to a school like this before, and she's worried that she won't fit in. She sits in the back of the classroom, trying to be as invisible as possible. But during class, the teacher asks a question, and no one can answer it. After a long pause, Sara raises her hand and gives the correct answer. The teacher is impressed, and the other students start to notice her. After class, a girl named Anna approaches Sara. "Hey, I'm Anna," she says. "That was really impressive, how you answered that question." Sara is a little taken aback, but she says, "Thanks, I was just trying to help." Anna smiles and says, "Well, I think you're really smart. Do you want to sit with me and my friends at lunch?" Sara is surprised by the invitation, but she accepts. She starts to feel like maybe she'll fit in at this school after all. When Sara sits down with Anna and her friends, they're all very welcoming. They ask her about herself, and she tells them about her family and how she got into the school. They're all impressed by her story, and they start to see her as a friend. They tell her about their own lives, and she feels like she's finally found a place where she belongs. But then, a few days later, something happens that changes everything. A few days later, someone starts spreading rumors about Sara. They say that she's cheating on her tests, and that she's not as smart as everyone thinks she is. Anna and her friends start to distance themselves from Sara, and she feels like she's back to being an outcast. She doesn't know what to do, and she feels like she's losing everything she's gained. At first, Sara tries to ignore the rumors and keep her head down. But then, one day, she sees someone writing something about her on the bathroom wall. She can't take it anymore, and she breaks down in tears. Anna sees this, and she comes over to comfort Sara. She says, "I'm sorry I let those rumors get to me. You're a good person, and I know you're not cheating. I'm sorry I didn't stand up for you." Sara is touched by Anna's apology, and they start to rebuild their friendship. But then something else happens. After the girls start rebuilding their friendship, Anna's other friends start to accept Sara again. But then, someone spreads a new rumor: that Anna and Sara are dating. This is untrue, but the rumor spreads quickly, and people start to treat the girls differently . Sara and Anna are upset by the new rumor, but they decide to handle it together. They go to the principal and explain the situation. The principal agrees to make an announcement to the whole school, saying that the rumor is false. After that, the school seems to accept them again, but then something unexpected happens. Just when things seem to be going well again, Sara's old school calls and asks her to come back. They say they've made a mistake, and they want her to return. Sara is conflicted - she loves her new school, but she also feels like she owes it to her old school to go back. Sara decides to stay at her new school. She tells the principal at her old school that she's grateful for the opportunity, but that she's happy where she is. The principal is disappointed, but they respect her decision. Back at her new school, things are going well, and she's even made some new friends. But then, one day, she gets a phone call that changes everything...
