Executive Summary of Appraisal
The following is the summary of individual assessment of appraisal of teaching faculties evaluation for the academic year 2021_2022.
* Confession of the lack of communicative English
*Majority of the staff willingness to learn personality development and life skills to grow professionally.
*Acceptance of existing groupism.
* Absence of team spirit.
*Majority of the 10th class subject teaching faculties to end the malpractice indulgence in the annual board exam.
*The management was kept in dark since the inception of the school by vested self serving staff in Admin, ex H.O.D and teaching fraternity too.
*Parent/teachers orientation for the new academic year 2022_23 ..
*Teaching faculties Confession it was a learning curve in taking part in assessment of appraisal and counseling intervention.
* It's up to the management to take it's own decision and if the management me to change, am willing to change myself at cost of sailing in the same rut of decay.
*To conclude as an H.R c*m Counselor my goal is to usher change in the interest of the growth of the institution, teaching fraternity and the management as a team to create a new brand or status of ZPS.
