Chapter Twelve

"Oh my god" She screamed a little low, limited to the room and turned her face closing her eyes leaving a giggling Manik,all prepared to tease his innocent fiancee.

He walked towards her while her heart started beating fast, like really fast feeling him more closer. One step, Closer.

His hands snaked around her arms while she gulped her saliva to get off all the newly emerging feelings in her. She so wanted to get off this embarrassing situation but never wanted to get off his life.

"Nandini" He whispered to which she closed her eyes tightly while he caressed her arms making her shiver.

"Are you really feeling uncomfortable?" She bit her lips,not knowing what to answer. She wanted to say *NO MANIK! LIKE, JUST A LITTLE BIT* but what if she sounds desperate.

"Manik, you are shirtless"  She whispered, still heart beating very fast.

"As if you don't want to see?" He came more closer.

"Manik" She looked at him with widen eyes, turning towards him.

His hands were still around her arms and as soon as she turned her face to him, he winked at her making her gasp.

"What the f-" Cabir was near the door, inside Manik's room but the phone from his hands slipped as he witnessed them. Manik looking at her, arms around her waist lightly while Nandini's back facing Cabir. The sound disturbed their moment and Manik yanked his eyes to the door and made a face seeing Cabir as he knew now he would start with his PJs while Nandini turned around and found Cabir. She gasped hard and ran from the room blushing like really very hard.

"Waah! Manik ! Bro! She's not even your wife yet ane look at-" He looked at Manik's condition, semi-naked and gave an appreciating look.

"Why did you come? " Manik went to his bed to get his clothes from the suitcase while Cabir jumped near him.

"By the way dude! Like, urm! Did you guys really had se-" Manik palmed Cabir's mouth "Speak softly!! You are mad!! Dad will kill me if I he listens to this" 

Cabir laughed "No! Tell me nah" He laughingly sat on the bed to which Manik threw a pillow at him "Shutup"

"A kiss?" Manik showed him his eyes "No!" 

"Then this?" Cabir smirked to which Manik smiled remembering their moment "Woh she ju-" He narrowed his eyes at him "It's my private matter" Manik smirked and wore a shirt and entered the bathroom to wear his tracks.

Cabir stood near the gate and said smiling "Come out! I need to talk to you about Nandini a.k.a Bhabhi" Manik sighed "Cabir, not with your jo-" "Serious talks this time" Cabir said making Manik smile and adjusted himself on the bed

Manik came quickly and lied beside him while Cabir wasn't fully lying on the bed.

"Manik" Cabir looked at him to which he too sat up.

"You remember how I loved a girl so damn much?" Cabir said, tears welled up in his eyes.

"Cabir, see its past and please do-" Cabir smiled "But I loved Navya"

"And you didn't tell her" Manik looked at his buddy,who sighed.

"Waise! You know! I am really glad that the Manik Malhotra after whom girls literally used to run and still do!! He's now in love" Cabir exclaimed to which Manik blushed but looked at him when he mentioned *love*

"Urm! I..I don't love her" Manik stammered. He himself didn't know what was the new feeling, emerging in him.

"Well, the way you look at her! The way you protected her on Diwali" Manik looked at him to which he smirked.

"Wh..what? Protect?" Manik asked.

"Cabir Dhawan knows it all" Cabir winked to which Manik blushed remembering their moments.

"You love her! The first very phase of love! You may not love her very deeply but trust me! You love her..You have started loving her" Cabir stated to which he smiled and his smile deepened as he remembered her smile,laughs, pouts.

"By the way!! Just think of it!! What if she turns out to be a friend of Nandini who actually has a friend named Navya..like just think!! What if destiny wants you two to be together?" Manik teased him making him blush.

"Kill me already, Manik babyyy!" Cabir gave him a flying kiss.

"Ish! So cheesy dude" Manik made a face "Say na!" He insisted.

"I would propose her this time! Trust me! " Cabir said to which he smiled and hugged him "May this only happen"
