EPISODE 14

ADALIA

We entered the railway station hurriedly.

"Did she leave?" I asked him.

"I told her to." He replied coldly.

We moved to the ticket vending machine. and saw her standing there.

"Yah! You did not leave yet?"I asked worriedly.

"I wanted to see you before I leave." She said as she hugged me.

"That is not important. You must leave before they find you."

" I'm scared. I have never been to Seoul going there who would I meet? What would I do?" Tears started to fill her eyes slowly.

I took a deep breath. I saw Kai, he was holding my bag. I took my bag from him and went towards the nearest ATM. I inserted my card and took some amount of money. I peeked at them from afar. Kai was stroking her hair comforting. I began walking towards them. I saw Kai give her a card and telling her something. She was listening to him intently.

I gave my bag to her.

"Here there are some clothes in this bag and some money for you. Try getting a part time job there are lots in Seoul, save some money and send it to your mother, talk to her at times. Find what you want to do in future. Follow the path your heart shows and for any help you can call this number." I gave her my personal number.

We saw her train scheduled for departure, we pushed her towards the platform. She sat on the train and waved at us. The train departed from the station. I sighed in relief and sat at the chair. I shivered as It was cold. I saw the time 10:00PM.

We went to the ticket vending machine and searched for trains to Busan. The last train to Busan departed 1 hour ago, we have to wait until tomorrow to get a direct train.

I sighed not knowing what to do. We can't stay here for long as they will be searching for us too. I looked at him.

"Can you get ticket of the train which will take us closer to busan, we can catch a bus from there." I asked him.

His face was still emotionless hard and cold. I gulped hard.

"If you don't mind, can you excuse me for 5 mins, I'll get me a dress."I said.

He looked at me glaring. There was fire in his eyes but still he nodded his head. I took that as a positive sign and went towards the store that sell some t-shirts and pants.

I went inside a small store in the station. I quickly took out some t-shirt and a jean. There was a sudden commotion in the whole station I saw some guys wearing black suits running all over the station.

"Oh, shit." I tried to keep my calm. I payed for it quickly and slowly peeked outside. The route before the store was clear. I started walking towards kai. But he was nowhere to be seen. I panicked, where is he? I took my mobile to call him. But someone pulled my hands and started running towards a platform. I saw kai dragging me along with him. I sighed in relief. This guy has really awesome timings. We boarded a train that was closing its door one by one getting ready for the departure. We boarded the last compartment, panting heavily from running.

The doors closed and the train departed slowly. we ducked our self under the door so that we couldn't be spotted. Once the train left the station I signed a big relief. We sat there panting, the ticket checker came forwards and asked for our tickets. He took one from his pocket and showed him.

"Sir, you have boarded a wrong train. This train goes to Seoul, Not where you booked." The man said.

"WHAT?" We stood up shocked.

"The train you want to board was on the platform next to this train. You must have mistaken. You can get down at the next station and show this ticket to the master, he will plan on your journey from there, till then kindly take two seats. It takes 45 mins to reach the next station" he explained.

We sat at the two corner seat and slumped deep into it. Today was too much to take.

Kai held his head with two hands. I felt seriously sorry for him.

"I'm sorry, I'm extremely sorry." I apologized.

He looked up at me, his eyes exhausted and hurt?

"For what exactly you are apologizing?" his eyes hard as cold.

"For everything. For spoiling your vacation. For taking you there and Putting you through all those."I said looking down.

Kai stood up and pulled me with him.He dragged me into the lavatory and closed the door behind us. He trapped me within his arms. His eyes blazed with anger. His chest rising up and down.

"You have no idea. You have no idea how I felt when you did not pick up my call. I thought I was too late."He leaned in touching his forehead with mine. There was tears in his eyes. I was horrified looking at him. The man who did not show any distress during the whole journey was now, crying? Just because I missed his call. I stroked his back comforting him.

"Shhh, Calm Down. Nothing happened, I was just taken to a different room but I was able to escape without any problems." I comforted him.

I cupped his face "I knew you'll definitely come looking for me and save me.I told you I'll put up until you come.I trust you always."

He looked at me amused.

"You trusted me?” he asked as I nodded against his forehead.

"The man who kept me safe and took care of my each and every comfort. How could you leave me alone there? I just had to put up until you find me and I was sure you will be able to find me.I was just worried that something would have happened to you two. But thank goodness you are safe." I said closing my eyes hugging him closer. He backed up after few mins. He took my hand and put it against his chest. I could feel his heartbeat, which was now beating like crazy.

"It was much worse when we were in the bar and when you did not pick up the phone. Please don't do it again. My heart won't take it anymore." He whispered.

I smiled looking at the soul before me. How could a person be so pure hearted. I nodded.

"I won't do it ever again." I paused. "Thank you, Thank you for saving me. If it was not you. I don't know how I would be by this time." I looked at him my eyes full of gratitude. He took a deep breath his eyes tracing my lips.

He leaned in and gently slammed his lips on mine. My eyes widened at this sudden action. My stomach flipped terribly. I tried to stop him but why my body isn't moving anymore. There was butterflies and tingling feeling all over my body. My legs losing its strength, ready to give up anytime. His hands traced along my arm intertwining his fingers with mine. He brought my left hand to my back supporting me and my right hand to the top of my head. Him completely leaning against me. His lips very gentle and careful made me lose my mind deeper into a world which I don't want to get out of. There was no urgency and roughness as our last kiss. He gentle tugged my lower lip asking me to respond. I wanted to give him as much as he is giving me but I refused, teasing him. His hands released mine and moved to my hips pulling it harshly, crashing it against his hips. I gasped at his sudden movement. He took this chance and entered my mouth fully. His tongue slowly stoking, tugging mine. I tried controlling myself, but not anymore. My lips started to follow his rhythm and perfectly shaping itself around his. It was a moment of possessiveness. Wanting him only to me. I pulled him closer. I titled my head to give and get more access to his mouth. My lips slowly started to pick up the pace wanting him more in this moment than anything else. I sensed him surprised at my sudden action but continued following me. I shivered from cold. I just remembered I'm still in his clothes. He grazed his hands on my bare waist. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer crashing my whole body against his. I felt him pull back. Slowly retreating from my lips. I hated that. My hands that was wrapped around his neck automatically pulled his lips back on mine.He chuckled into my lips.

His lips was like a drug to me. It felt as if I would die if he takes his lips from mine. we don't know how along we stood there kissing each other deeply. I pulled out needing oxygen. I looked at him. His lips swollen and red. His eyes piercing mine. He unwrapped his arms around me and gave the bag of clothes I bought in the station.

"Wear these and come out." He said huskily and went out towards our seats.
