"So what are you going to do?" I asked Kai.

"Shouldn't I be the one asked that? What are you going to do?"

"Well anyway I did not have a destination to reac-"

"What do you mean? Weren't you going to Busan" He asked sharply.

"I just boarded the train without knowing where am I going." I said looking down.

There was no response from him, I looked up. He was looking at me unbelievably.

"Just a moment, Don't tell me you boarded the train without any knowledge on where it is going because you were thrown out of the company?" He said with anger in his voice.

This punk is a genius. But I kept looking down. He took a deep breath and sighed.

"Did you even think about your parents, or your boyfriend. How much they would have been worried right now." He was panting. He looked so worried. He was a bit sweaty and there was a bit of anger and fear written in his eye and I liked it. This feeling was something new, Though Steven always shout at me for not eating and sleeping on time. The way this man spoke and looked at me. It spread a warmth in my heart. His worry read eyes, I wanted to see it forever.

"Hey! Stop pacing out again." He snapped his fingers at me again.

"I don't have one..." I murmured under my breath looking down.

"What?" He leaned turning his head sideways towards me.

"I said, I don't have any family or a boyfriend to worry about me." I said looking straight at his eyes. "Don't worry about me, I can take care of myself."

"How the f**k are you going to take care of yourself. I'm a standing witness who saw how you took care of yourself while boarding a train without even knowing its destination." He yelled.

"Look here mister, I know I was wrong but that happened when I was so heartbroken and I was not on my own sense. But look at me now, I'm completely fine and I will take care of myself well" With that I started to walk away from him.Gosh he is so annoying. Why is he so bothered?

"Hey!! Stop!! Its Ok. I'm sorry."He shouted behind me.Well, Who needs his sorry.

"Hey my little wild cat. stop right there." He shouted. I stopped on my tracks, did he call me a wild cat? I could feel steams coming out of my ears. My chest raised up and down in anger. I turned around furiously only to find him running towards me smiling.He came running towards me and held my hands.

"Sorry, I'm really sorry. I was just worried. Don't take it personally."

I glared at him continuously. And he kept on apologizing.

"First, it's almost 1:00 AM in the morning. I have to catch my bus tomorrow to Daegu. Let's take a shelter for tonight. We will discuss the rest tomorrow."

I nodded, Even I was tired from a long day.

We came out of the station, there were no single soul on the street.He took his mobile and started looking for any inn to stay for the night.

"Looks like there is a place to stay within 3 kilometres from here. Can you walk?" He asked looking at my high heels.

"Don't bother about me, I'm used to walking in high heels. Let's go"

We kept walking and walking.

"it's just 1 kilometre across the bridge." He said looking back and smiling at me. I smiled and nodded at him. I looked around the bridge, there was a vast river flowing under it. The river breeze gently grazed my skin. My whole body shivered at the sensation. It is my first time, My first time standing at the centre of the bridge looking through the clear stars and beautiful city lights with gentle breeze engulfing me. I felt pure heaven. I wanted to stay more. I slowly closed my eyes resting both of my hands on the bridge wall, inhaling the smell of fresh water. I felt someone near me, I knew who it was so I kept my eyes closed. I might never come here again or never encounter such place again. I wanted to feel it as much as I can.

KAI

She leaned forward closing her eyes and inhaling deeply. I looked at her features. She looked tired.There were heavy bags under her eyes, her lips pale and dry, Eyes little swollen from crying. I looked at her slender body. Bones sticking out of her knuckles. Is she even taking care of her properly? Whatever work she was doing, it surely sucks up all her energy" I sighed.

ADAILA

I heard a sigh, I opened my eyes and looked at him, He was looking at me deeply. His eyebrows furrowed. I could tell he was thinking something.

"Sorry, let's go.". I said and walked passed him. I heard him take a deep breath and followed me.

We reached the inn and there was an middle ages aunty half sleeping at the reception. He slowly shook her waking her up. She opened her eyes surprised jerking from sleep and looked at both of us. She smiled widely and said, "Omg, you two said you will not be able to make it tonight. But you finally came.Welcome Welcome. I was just waiting for you.

"I have made your rooms cosy and exactly the way you wanted it. Enjoy the night lovebirds" she said winking at him.

"What? I think you are mistak-"

He quickly interrupted, "Heheh Thank you so much aunty, even we thought we could not make it. But it's a special day so we came somehow.”He came closer to me and held me by my waist."This is what you always wanted, right honey?" he smiled at me.

What the hell is he doing and where the hell is he holding me. I struggled to take his hands off me but he tightened his grip and signaled me to look at the board near the table. It showed fully reserved. Realization hits me. Someone has cancelled the room, but aunty thinks its us and we finally arrived. I saw the aunty was looking at me with an expectation. I smiled as I said, "Thank you so much aunty, we would really appreciate it." Aunty smiled widely and handed me the room keys.

"A house keys should always be with the female. Don't let him dominate tonight, this one night will decide who will be the upper hand throughout the life. So make him revolve around your palms for the rest of your life." she whispered clear enough for both us to hear. My face started to heat up immediately, no one has ever spoken to me this way. I looked at Kai he remained calm.

"Thank you so much for your effort aunty. we will be going now." He pushed me towards the stairs.

"Have a great night and don't worry." she said behind us.

I opened the door and was shocked to see the room. There were flowers all over the floor and there was a bed which can accommodate only one person. I sighed and entered the room. It was filled with small scented candles and the whole atmosphere was umm well sensual. He opened the bathroom and checked the water.

"it's warm, do you want take a bath first?" He asked.

"I don't have any change clothes."

"You can use one of my sweats, I like wearing oversized sweats, so it would definitely cover till your thighs."

"How can you be so calm and talk like this to a woman? Aren't you nervous?" I asked him.

"Why? Do I make you nervous?" he asked and turned around to look at me. His eyes darker, he looked straight into my eyes. With the dim moon lights and his sharp feature with his dark eyes looking through my soul. He really made me nervous. He started walking towards me slowly. His eyes never leaving mine. I was slowly getting lost in his beautiful eyes and the whole atmosphere was creating a tingling feeling all over my body. My eyes flicked to his lips which slowly curved to a smirk. He stopped before me. I gulped hard looking at his lips.

"Stop staring at my lips wild cat. I'm not gonna eat you", He said laughing out loud.

"Here take a bath and wear this." He handed me his oversized sweat.

I showered and wore his sweat, his smell engulfing me. Kai came out of the bathroom. He was sitting at the chair at the corner of the room. As soon as he saw me he smiled and stood from his seat. He has his change clothes in his hands. He walked inside the bathroom and closed the door.
