It was followed by a long silence. The hypnotism was cut off because Andrea was disturbed by Brent and Reed's sudden reaction. Joshua was confused what was going on.
"What happened?" Joshua asked while looking at us and his attention immediately focused on me. "I was sitting in front of Andrea and now I was standing in front of Alliyah."
It seemed that no one was willing to talk and kept the confusion on Joshua. I could now feel the rising tension between Brent and Reed. Brent was looking at reed as if he was throwing daggers at Reed. The latter was just comfortable and ignoring the tension, liked he didn't do anything off.
I didn't want to assume and put things complicated but I guessed Reed liked me.
