"I think I want to go into the nearest town today." I told my men as I entered the room for breakfast the next day. "I want to know how they are living, how Darius had been treating them since that is the nearest town to us."
"That's not a bad idea." My father told me cooly. "The people I'm sure would love to see their new queen."
I smiled to myself as I sat to have my breakfast. Going to town would be my first time going out since this whole queen thing happened. I didn't know if I should make them call me queen or not, or if it would be okay for them to just call me Fallon. Something told me though that having them call me Fallon would undermine my position. Make them think I wasn't strong enough a queen. But I wasn't sure. I didn't know if I would ever be sure.
