It was just s*x at first, nothing more. It wasn't supposed to get this far.

When did she agree to let them drink her blood? When had she agreed to stay the night after s*x? When did she start to love them?

Though, it wasn't all that bad, she thought quietly. Having s*x with her professors probably could've gone a lot worse.

----------

Maya Beckett is a 23 year old college student. Entering her third year of college, the last person she expected to see was her one night stand that slowly turned into more.

—————

Elijah and Neil Riley are twins and professor’s at Maya’s college. Things between the three of them get a little complicated while trying to figure out their relationship and how to be together with a human.

Chapter 1
Maya slumped down in her chair and exhaled deeply. "That bad?" She nodded solemnly at one of her close friends, Kasey. Her dark eyes held sympathy as she squeezed her shoulder.  "I told you if you ever need some money till you can pay me back, that's fine."  As much as Maya loved her and appreciated the repeated offer, she declined like every other time. "I'm thinking about getting another job anyway."  Her eyebrows shot up. "Another? You already work two part time jobs. You don't need another." Maya rubbed her neck, she did need another though.  After shrugging the topic off, Kasey started talking about some girl she's been flirting with since her party last Friday. Kasey was a very outgoing person, the only constant in Maya's life. "Hello? Maya?" Maya blinked when a hand started waving in her face.  A sheepish smile graced her lips. "Sorry, I zoned out."  She rolled her eyes but a small smile played at her lips. "I asked you if you knew the professor."  "Oh." Maya scrambled to get her schedule out and looked at the name. Mr. Riley. "I've never heard his name before."  "It's a he?" She nodded and watched Kasey hum softly with a far away look. Maya shook her head with a laugh, already knowing how her mind worked.  "You're unbelievable."  "What? I'm just thinking."  "Uh huh."  "Girls will always be my number one but you just need d**k every now and then y'know? Once in a blue moon."  Unlike most lessons, Maya and Kasey had gotten there early. Kasey had dragged her along wanting to catch a look at the new professor before anyone else. She was more than surprised when half the seats were already occupied, so they'd ventured to the back to two open ones.  Maya's pencil jutted to the left when Kasey nudged her side. Her eyebrows furrowed in a wince when Kasey flicked her arm harshly. "What." She hissed and Kasey was very not pointing discreetly to the front of the room.  A hush fell over the students when their professor and Maya felt her mouth run dry. No f*****g way. This has to be a joke. She slowly sank down in her chair hoping the floor would swallow her whole. Why me.  Kasey gave her a weird look, which was fair, but she paid it no mind. "What're you doing?" Her voice was barely above a whisper, not wanting to draw any attention to them as the professor greeted his class.  His voice.  "Maya, people are staring please get up." Kasey laughed nervously. "I swear to god I'm gonna pretend I don't know you if-"  "Do you have something you'd like to share?"  Kasey and Maya both froze. "Um," Her friend quickly let go of her collar where'd she been trying to pull her up and went red, "No?" Mr. Riley, along with the rest of the class, had their eyes trained on the duo. Kill me now. His head was c****d as he leaned against the front of his desk. It was almost unfair how good he looked. His jet black hair was slicked and parted down the middle, making his features more defined.  Meeting his icy blue eyes, Maya felt flustered. She thought back to the night where those eyes had taken in every inch of her body.  "Let's not make this a habit..." He trailed off, waiting for a name.  "Kasey Richards."  "Miss Richards." He finished giving her a pointed look. She nodded quickly and sighed in relief when his attention moved over to Maya who froze before quickly snapping back to reality. She at least had the brain to sit up right.  She blew the stranded curls from her eyes and avoided his gaze at all costs. She mentally prayed her hoodie and beanie were enough for him not to recognize her.  His eyes narrowed for a brief second before they shot over when a hand went up. "Yes?"  "What's your name?"  "Mr. Riley."  The boy c****d his head. "What's your first name?"  "You will address me as Mr. Riley so you won't need such knowledge. Mr..?"  "Tohan."  Mr. Riley glanced over at Maya once more before pushing himself off his desk. "You are either taking this class because you need it to graduate or you're aspiring to be in the literature community. Correct?" Some nods went around and he continued. "I couldn't care less if you want to be a musician, lawyer, or athlete. As long as you are in my class you are in the literature community. Understood?" Some looks went around before silent nods followed.  Huh, so he was demanding outside the bedroom too.  "Good, lets get started. I have an ice breaker prepared so we can all get to know each other a little better." God, she hated those.  Maya zoned out at third person telling their name and one fun fact about them. When it finally got around to her, she'd already mentally said it over ten times. She still stuttered anyway, "Um, I'm Maya, business major. I can juggle." what the f**k, she had no clue how to juggle and had no idea why that came out her mouth.  She mentally groaned when Kasey snorted next to her. She panicked okay? Maya chances a small glance at Mr. Riley, or Elijah, and found him staring at her already. His eyes squinted briefly before recognition passed through.  Fuck.  She silently cursed everything and wailed at how she was a junior in college and still had to take classes she didn't need for her major.  Once all the ice breakers were done, he clasped his hands together. "Seeing as it's the first day of the new year I'm not going to start our lesson till next class but I do expect you to still pay attention when I speak. Most of you only have a year left before you graduate, some of you may even graduate this year so I do require you have respect and some level of maturity while in my classroom."  Another hand flew up and he called on the girl. "I had your brother, Mr. Riley, last year for art. Are you like him?" He looked intrigued by the question.  "We are two different people Miss Jefferson, different personalities. I will let you determine that as we get to know each other more." Maya rolled her eyes when a blush covered her cheeks, though, she couldn't totally blame her.  "Any other questions before I move on?" When more hands went up he called on each one.  "Why isn't your brother here this year?"  Elijah paused. "He moved recently."  Maya's head lifted from her phone, trying to secretly text Kasey, with confusion. Unless he moved since she'd seen him two day ago she found that highly doubtful.  "Will he back?"  "Hopefully in the future." Another hand. "How old are you?"  Elijah paused before answering the question. He eyed the girl momentarily. "29." As sad as it was to admit, this was the first time Maya's heard that. The questions kept continuing and she found herself listening intently. The questions quickly moved off of school and to his personal life.  "Are you married?" He held up his hand and no ring was shown. "What about a girlfriend?"  "Or boyfriend." One of the boy's in the front stressed, throwing a meaningful glance at the girl that asked.  Kasey laughed and texted Maya how that boy and her were gonna be quick friends.  "I like to focus on studies first." The girl visibly deflated.  "Have you ever had s*x with a student?" Maya's jaw, along with almost the entire's class, unhinged. She turned around in her seat and looked at Kasey.  She blinked before realizing what'd she said. She quickly slapped a hand over her mouth. "Oh my god, I swear I don't know why I said that. My brain just told me to and I did, I'm so-" Elijah's lips twitched up briefly. "I can't say I have Miss Richards."  She sank down in her chair, much like Maya had earlier, and muttered another apology.  He quickly moved on to save her the embarrassment and finished up answering the questions. After going over the syllabus for what the semester was going to hold, he dismissed the class. "Tomorrow we'll start with a light introduction to ease us into this semester . If you have any questions regarding the syllabus please don't hesitate to email me."  Maya quickly gathered her things, hoping to get out of their as soon as possible. "Miss Beckett, may I have a word with you?" f**k.  Maya turned in her steps and hesitantly sat down in one of the front rows. He sat on his desk, right in front of mine. "I'm surprised you took this class."  She almost rolled her eyes. "Not by choice."  "You still have such a mouth." He peered down at her, eyes piercing through hers. She quickly looked away and felt her cheeks heat up.  "It's only been two weeks since we last saw each other."  "And yet no progress has been made."  She huffed softly and propped her head on her hands. "What progress was to be made?" He made a soft noise. "There's plenty of other teachers in my field. Why not take them?"  "If I knew your last name I would've taken one of them."  "Pity, I'm sure they would've enjoyed your company." Her eyes narrowed when his lips quirked up. Was he teasing her? "Like you do?"  "Precisely." Maya stood and grabbed her bag. "As much fun as this reunion was I really need to get lunch before my next class." His tanned hand reached out and softly grabbed her wrist when she passed his desk. She stopped and sighed. "Elijah."  "Neil said you're supposed to meet with him later today."  "How could I? I don't even have his new address."  He laughed despite himself. Cute. "I'm afraid we're going to be busy later. Perhaps a rain check?"  She snatched her hand back and watched him lean against his desk with a small, teasing smile. "You don't like my touch anymore?"  Her mind flashed back to the nights they'd shared before.  "No." He probably saw right through her.  "What happened?" "None of your business."  "Answer my question, Maya."  "You know what happened."  "How could I forget? But that's not my problem." She focused on his dark locks and puffed out her cheeks.  "What's your problem? Mine is that you won't let me go."  "My problem," His humorless laugh made shivers run down her spine. "My problem is that you still see my brother."  She hummed softly, "Jealous, Elijah?"  His mouth opened, closed, and then he frowned. "Yeah."  She blinked and felt her stomach swoop. "Really?"  "Why still see him and refuse to talk to me?"  "Because-" You know why. "Because."  "That's not an answer."  "It's my answer."  "I think it's terribly odd how you accept what he is but not me."  "He doesn't feed like you do."  Elijah chuckled darkly, not a hint of humor in his voice. "How do you think he's alive, darling? Fresh sunshine and rainbows?"  "Are we done, Mr. Riley?"  "Still so misbehaved. I thought I taught you what respect was."  "You taught me when to give respect."  "Surely not well enough."  She pried herself out of his hold and took a few steps away. Maya glanced at him again and scowled when there was a smirk on his lips. "Bye, Elijah."  "I'll see you tomorrow morning, Miss Beckett."
