“A-A-Aray! Dahan-dahan lang po!” reklamo ko. I might be a healer but too bad I can’t heal myself yet. Hindi ko pa kaya ang ganoon. I need more training kaya ito ngayon, tatlong healers ang gumagalaw sa akin dito.

Gin and the others are here though and I pissed off just watching Kali laughing at me. Pag ako nagin okay, bubugbogin ko ang pagmumukha ng gagong ito. Medyo maraming gasgas kasi ang katawan ko. Not to mention that 1 broken rib tapos nakatayo pa ako kanina. Talk about adrenaline rush.

“Tiisin mo muna,” Kali said with a smile.

“Pag natapos ta Kali, ililibing talaga kita ng buhay,” sagot ko. “Aray!” I groaned nang hinawakan ng isang healer ang likoran ko.

“Your Highness, can we remove the upper uniform. Kailangan ko lang pong ilocate ang rib,” he said and I nodded.

They unbuttoned my shirt at tumulong na ako sapagtanggal kaso medyo okay na ang kamay ko. Humiga ako at huminga ng malalim. Umalis na ang dalawang healer kasi okay na ang kamay ko, isa nalang ang kailangang I-heal and it is my broken rib. I felt the healer’s fingers traced my abdomenial muscles at tumigil siya sa isang locasyon na malapit sa itaas na parte and then I felt a warm feeling sa loob. I glanced at it and he was already starting healing it. My attention was transfered to Kailani who was looking at the healer. I glanced back at the healer at ngayon ko lang narealize na lalaki pala ito at medyo may mukha rin. Type niya ba ito? I glanced back at him at kumunot ang noo niya.

“O-Oh!” biglang sigaw ni Kali kaya napatinign kaming lahat sa kanya. “What’s that?!” he exclaimed.

“What?” tanong ko.

“Did the demon bite you?” Nieve asked.

“B-Bite? No,” sabi ko.

Argo smirked and he pointed on his shoulder close to his neck. What? I glanced at my shoulder and I froze. I FORGOT. HE MARKED ME! HE BIT ME! I glanced at Kailani anf he was smiling cheerfully. Nasaan na ang pagkunot ng noo niya?! NASAAN NA?! I can’t believe I forgot such important thing at sa harap pa talaga ng marami. Ramdam ko ang pag-init ng mukha ko dahil sa hiya.

“Tapos na po ang broken rib. Itong bite mark na po ang isusunod ko,” he said and my mark in chest started to ache. Napahawak ako sa dibdib ko at napatingin kay Kailani. He was now glaring at me coldly like he was telling me not to get that mark off. I hurriedly stopped the healer at napatigil rin naman siya.

“L-L-Leave this mark,” utal-utal kong sabi.

I glanced at Gin and others and I saw them grin. WHAT?! Stop giving me those kind of faces!

Right after that healing session. Isinuot ko na ulit ang uniform ko at umalis muna si Gin para sabihin sa Commander na tapos na lahat. Nakayuko lang ako dito dahil sa hiya.

“I didn’t know you were into my broth-” putol na sabi ni Kali kasi itinapon ko sa kanya ang nawakan kong prutas.

“STOP!” sigaw ko at napatingin ako kay Kailani. He was jsut … chilling, eating a goddamn apple with this situation! 

Kali never stopped teasing me, kanina pa siya. It took almost an hor para makabalik si Gin and this time, we were called by the Spirit Casters na tatapos sana sa mission na ito kaso Kailani ended it all just like that so they want to see us.

Lumabas kaming lahat at sinalubong kami ng apat na Spirit Caster and to be honest, based on their aura- they cannot defeat that demon. It’s just may titulo lang sila na Spirit Caster not as students but as an official one.

“Kami lang po,” Gin said and these four people looked at us like we were some kind of trash. Are they mad kasi natapos namin?

“Basi sa naalala ko, sinabi ko buy us time wala akong sinabing taposin niyo,” reklamo ng isa.

“Malalaki na ata ang ulo ng mga studyante ngayon ah,” one of them said.

Gin, Tempest, Argo and Lor were in front of us kaya hindi kami masyadong nakita sa likoran. Do they know that the Prince of mainland Agartha is here?

“Alam naming royalties kayo pero huwag naman medyo lakihan ang ulo niyo,” singit ng isa at bigla niyang hinawakan ang ulo ni Gin. The next thing we knew, nilagay niya ang kamay niya sa forehead ni Gin at pinitikan ito. Gin stepped backward dahil sa lakas nito. “You’re supposed to be the Captain, why didn’t you stop them?” he added. Gusto kong sumagot.

“Kailangan ba naming maghintay na may maraming mamamatay? You arrieved late, we jsut did the right thing!” sagot naman ni Lor.

The guy was about to attack him at humarang si Argo.

“You better stop right there,” he said. I thought he doesn’t care about Lor? According to the rumors, he kept on hurting him pero what is this? “Don’t you ever cross the line, you lowly-Spirit Caster,” Argo added. Ah, magkapatid nga sila ni Wylie. No doubt.

The four Spirit Casters started laughing and started mocking us. I glanced at Kali at nakatayo lang siya with his blank expression. Wala ba siyang gagawin? Or is he waiting something? I glanced back at them at isa sa kanila ay aattake na talaga pero pinigilan siya ng mga kasama niya.

“Captain, stop,” the last one said. Siya lang ata ang mukhang decente sa lahat.

“Stop?! Ang lalaki ng ulo eh akala naman kung sino! Dugong bughaw lang kayo pero mas mataas titulo namin!” sagot naman ng umattake.

“I doubt about that,” biglang singit ni Kali. This is it. Our spokesperson. “How can you tell something like that when in fact, you aren’t even A Class Spirit Casters?” he added at napatigil silang apat. Burn. Iba talaga si Kali sumagot. Lutong na lutong. “You really thought you can defeat the boss? Just so you know, my brother defeated it in just one kick and you think you can do that?” he added. A lowkey proud brother huh. “What a shame. Kailangan pa pala ng apat iyon? My brother did it by himself though,” Kali added again and he gave a sarcastic smile.

Umiwas ako ng tingin kasi parang gusto ko ng tumawa. Their expression was priceless.

“Don’t look down on us,” Tempest said. “We might be students but we fight too,” he added with a smile but I can see his hand clenched. Well, Gin is hurt and ngayon ko lang nakita na dumugo pala ulo niya. Hindi ako nag dalawang isip na lumapit and let out a small vine with one white flower.

“Are you okay, Captain?” I asked and he nodded with a smile. I smell something within him. It smiled like anger na hindi niya inilabas. Pag lalabas ito, sasabog talaga ang mga ulo nito.

“W-W-We’ll report back to the castle, let’s go!” the captain of the Spirit Casters said at nagulat ako nang pinigilan ito ni Nieve by grabbing it’s sleeve.

“Don’t bother,” he said with a smile. “We’ll do it ourselves,” he added with a bright smile. Woah, that’s the only bright smile that gives me creeps. Nieve is also scary. I didn’t thought of that.

“You think so high about yourselves just because you’re some royalties?! Stop acting so high and might! Pareho lang tayong tao!” the captain shoted. He’s right though but-

“I see,” Nieve replied at bumitaw na siya. “What should I do, Prince’ Kali?” he asked Kali with a smile and it later turned into a cold stare. He’s scary after all. “I’m pissed.” he said coldly.

“P-P-P-P-Prince K-K-Kali?!” the captain panicked.

Kali walked forward with a smile while tapping Nieve’s head.

“Hmm?” Kali replied and he tilted his head. “I’ll go report this to my father. Now, get lost,” he said coldly.

Kali, Nieve and Kailani’s duality is something else.
