Chapter thirteen - Wedding time pt.1

Melanie's POV:

Chelsea and Dylan need to sit and talk. Everyone expected that something would happen between them. They always seemed so close to each other. Natalie told us that she and Noah tried once. Things were awkward, and they never went for a second date. Now, they are best friends. Sometimes, it's not meant to be. I'm glad that all of us are still friends. I am a bit excited about Jason's proposal. Katy has no idea what will happen. I wanted to tell her so bad, but I didn't. This should be a surprise. The other thing is that they need to get married. That's why I don't know if my eyes were blurry. She might be pregnant. This belly didn't form only from food. Something else is going on. Let's pray that the dress will fit her. I didn't predict that this could happen. The good thing is that she is still in the beginning. I haven't asked her about that because she has to tell us. Maybe there is a reason why she hasn't told us. I better focus on my wedding. It's coming soon. I'm trying not to get nervous, but it will be hard when all the eyes are on me. Today is the day. I have been stressing about this for months. Hopefully, it will be worth it. I need to think more positively. Nothing will go wrong. Everything will be fine. The good thing is that I can see the garden from the window. The dress will be the last thing to do. I went for a quick shower. Then I dried my hair. - Melanie, the boys are ready. We, too. - Katy said

I can't believe that I'm married. I don't feel anything. Maybe that is because nothing in our routine will change. We are the same people we used to be.
