Chapter Ten

Right now I'm in the grocery store looking for something to make for dinner that would be quick and easy.

"Spasketti". Iris said and I looked down at her.

"Spaghetti". I said picking up the noodles.

"Spasketti". She said tilting her head to the side looking at me like I was the one saying it wrong. 

"No-no, no Spa-ghe-tti". I said stopping the cart in front of the different spaghetti sauces.

"No, no Spa-ske-tti". She said causing me to laugh and I hear someone laugh from behind me.

"She's adorable". The person said causing me to turn around and man did he look good.

"Thank you". I said picking up prego and ragu because I couldn't decide.

"Would you mind if I got your number I'm KJ by the way". He asked and I stared at him for a moment.

"Why". I ask leaning on the cart.

"Why else to get to know you". He said smartly.

"Don't get cute nigga but let me see your phone". I said holding my hand out and he placed it in my hand.

"I'll call you later". He said walking away and I watched him till I couldn't see him anymore before turning back to Iris.

"Crambread". She said and I shook my head.

"Cornbread". I said pushing the cart to the next aisle.

"Crambread". She said and I just nodded agreeing with her.

"You right it's crambread get older and say that they gone embarrass you and imma say I told you so". I said sticking my tongue out at her. 

"Uncle ky ky whoop you". She said and I stopped tearing up.

She still doesn't understand that he's gone so she's always asking for him or trying to see where he is.

"DADA". She yelled and I quickly fixed my face looking around and I see Kane, T'mesha and their son Kingston.

"Hey, baby girl". He said unbuckling her and picking her up.

"Did I say you could touch my f*****g child I don't think so put her down". I said and he smacked his lips but continued to hold her.

" When you gone let her come stay with me Kingston misses his sister".he asked looking down at me.

"By yourself". I ask pointing at him.

"Nah you know T'mesha my wife she gone be around her eventually". He said causing me to look at him crazily.

"Then I guess never now put her down I got a lot to do today". I said pointing to her previous spot.

"Dada love you baby girl. He said kissing her and walking back over to T'mesha.

"Dada good See". She said smiling as she looked up at me.

"Yo daddy can kiss my ass". I mumbled as I continued to push the cart.

Walking back over to T'mesha and Kingston he looked at me smiling.

"Did she say yes". He asked excitedly jumping up and down.

"Nah I'm sorry". I said and he stopped jumping with a sad look on his face.

"Let me go talk to the b***h".T'Mesha said walking off over to her.

"Omg man if she beat yo ass don't ask me to stop s**t I'm taking my kids and I'm gone you always f*****g starting s**t with her I'm not backing yo ass up no more". I said following behind her with Kingston.

"Why you acting like yo child better than mines b***h". T'mesha said turning Ari around.

"One don't touch me two what the f**k are you even talking about".Ari asked looking at her confused.

"Why the f**k can't she play with my son you think she better than him". T'mesha said getting in her face.

"Girl I never once said my daughter couldn't play with her brother you just want something to argue about". Ari said turning back around. 

"So why can't Kane get his daughter". She asked turning Ari back around and Ari pushed her.

"b***h I gave you one chance keep yo hands to yourself and what I say goes this is not yo child it's our kid so if he can listen you can too". Ari said rolling her eyes before turning around.

"Look let's go Ight I got to fly out cause I got a meeting". I said when I saw she was about to touch her again.

"The b***h just mad you don't want her no more". T'mesha said laughing and Ari turned around looking at her.

"You got the nigga so why you still pressed b***h". Ari asked mugging her and I run my hands down my face.

"What, you gone go and try to kill yourself again b***h be my guest". T'mesha said and ari looked like she was gone cry but she didn't. 

"Yo man, why would you say that s**t in front of my daughter". I said and they both looked at me like I was crazy.

"So you gone let her throw that s**t up in my face and you not gone check her bullying is some serious s**t and it's sad that you don't see what you did as wrong T'mesha and you don't see what she saying can still affect me". Ari said turning around pushing the cart out of the aisle as I watched her.

"Why would you say that s**t dude now she might not ever let me see my daughter". I said grabbing Kingston's hand and walking away.

"You acting like you don't have a whole son right here nigga".T'Mesha said following behind me.

"b***h YOU DON'T THINK I KNOW THAT s**t I WANT BOTH MY KIDS TOGETHER BUT THAT s**t AINT GONE HAPPEN WITH YOU RUNNING OFF AT THE f*****g MOUTH". I yelled as we walked out of the grocery store.

"I was just trying to see why the b***h think her thing better than my child". She said causing me to turn around after I closed Kingston's door.

"b***h what the f**k did you just call my daughter". I said walking up to her as she backed up.

"I didn't call her nothing". She said as I grabbed her shirt yanking her towards me.

"Let me tell you some real s**t right now you disrespect my daughter again and your son gone grow up without a mother now get in the f*****g car". I said pushing her back and she fell.

Getting into the car I start it up waiting for her to get in.

" b***h come on I got s**t to do". I said and she just sat there.

"Alright b***h". I said to myself before pulling off.

I'm gone end up killing these bitches...
