Chapter Nine

"Daddy". I hear the little boy crying and we all turn around and I see Iris crying too.

Getting up I walk over to pick her up but she runs over to Kane and everyone in the room looked from me to Kane.

"Uhh, don't you want yo mommy baby girl". He asked her as he picked her up and she laid her head on his chest.

"I stay with you dada". She said as he wiped her tears and I slap my forehead.

"I'm sorry did this little girl just call my husband her daddy". T'mesha asked mugging me and I could feel two pairs of eyes on me.

"She's just confused come on princess we leaving". I said walking over and holding my hands out but she holds him tighter.

"I stay with dada mommy". She said burying her face into his neck.

"Iris that's not daddy now let's go". I said taking a small glimpse over to Masson and I could see him holding his gun.

"You tell a fib mommy". She asked raising her head from his neck and looking at me.

"Yo baby I mean yes just please come on". I said begging at this point.

"b***h that's not your dad". T'mesha said causing me to snap my head in her direction.

"b***h I will f**k you up". I said as I started to run over to her.

"Yo back the f**k up she ain't mean to call her that but is she mines". Kane said standing in front of me.

"Then what the f**k did she mean Kane huh, you know what give me my child she's not yours". I said holding my hands out and he tried to pull her off of him.

"No dada in videos and pictures". She cried out and he looked at me.

"She doesn't know what she's talking about give her to me". I said waving off what she said.

"Give me your phone". He said and I looked at him crazily.

"What no nigga give me my daughter so I can go". I said rolling my eyes with my hand on my hip.

"GIVE ME THE f*****g PHONE ARIANA". He yelled causing everybody to jump.

"I don't have to give you s**t b***h". I said mugging him.

Walking over he snatches my purse away from me before going through it and when he finds my phone he throws the purse down. 

"Same password I see". He said looking up at me before going to looking through it.

"See dada". She said pointing at the phone and he looked up at me.

"Yo what the f**k Ariana why you ain't tell me about this s**t". He asked handing her off to Ashton.

"What the f**k you mean nigga I called you over and over and oh let me not forget you're nut ass father threatened to kill my baby". I said pointing at Masson and everybody looked at me shaking their head.

"What you got against my dad man he wouldn't do no s**t like that". He said and I looked around the room and everybody was nodding in agreement.

"Wow so I'm making this s**t upright I'm putting all the blame on him so I won't be the one to blame right f**k all of yall". I said shaking my head and walking over to get my daughter.

"Watch yo mouth ari". Pop-pop said pointing at me.

"Ari I will whoop yo ass now you not too old". Og said shaking her head.

"Okay Y'all acting like I give a f**k and since everybody thinks I'm making s**t up don't call me lose my f*****g number act like you don't f*****g know me same goes for my daughter cause Y'all will never see her again". I said snatching my phone from Kane and grabbing Iris from Ashton.

"Out of all the people pop pop and Ashton I thought Y'all would have my back but I guess I was wrong". I said blinking back the tears that threatened to fall.

"What you expect Ariana that's my father bruh I'm sorry but that's a crazy-ass accusation". He said shaking his head and I nod.

"What about you pop pop". I ask looking over at him.

"That's my son baby girl you got to understand". He said with a sad look and I just nod turning around.

"b***h why you mad because you a bitter ass b***h that keep they, child, a secret". T'mesha said walking up to me and I draw my hand back about to hit her because she was to f*****g close when Kane jacked me up by my shirt.

"Don't f*****g touch her man she wasn't trying to hit you". He said as she laughed standing behind him peaking around his shoulder.

"b***h I DONT WAIT FOR NO MOTHERFUCKER TO SWING FIRST SO I DID SHE GOT TO f*****g CLOSE". I yelled pushing him but he didn't move.

"I think it's best that you leave". He said and I couldn't even say I was surprised.

"Nigga why the f**k you think I grabbed my child and my s**t use your f*****g common sense". I said rolling my eyes walked away when Iris started crying reaching for Kane.

"Leave her here Ari". Ashton said and I looked at him crazily.

"Why would you say some dumb s**t like that to me are you not seeing what the f**k is happening right now". I ask looking at him like he was dumb.

"dude you finna take his child away from him over some s**t you lying about". He asked mugging me.

"Nigga f**k you, f**k your dad, and f**k your no-good lying ass brother".I said opening the door and slamming it behind me before walking off the porch.

"Dada". Iris cried reaching out as I walked away from the house.

"You don't have a dada until he act right". I said pulling out my phone getting an Uber for us to get home.

"No dada". She asked looking up at me with a sad face and I shook my head.

"I'm sorry baby no dada". I said and she started crying putting her face into my chest.

A few minutes later the Uber pulled up and I got in buckling us up.

"You want the aux cord". She asked looking back at me.

"No, thank you what you got playing is fine". I said leaning back with a sigh as she drove off.

Dammit Kane why couldn't you just believe me...
