Chapter Eight

~1 week later~

My grandma has been staying with me for a few days to keep an eye on me as she says but she's leaving today.

"why you not dressed yet girl". She asked bursting in my room.

"Og I'm not going to that nigga house because if I do I'm fighting that b***h and burning it down". I said looking from the tv at her.

"Girl that boy ain't done nothing to yo behind now get up, get dress, and bring yo ass don't make me come in here again Ariana". She said rolling her eyes and closing the door.

"Can you believe that women". I ask looking down at Iris and she looked at me nodding.

"Come on we got to pick out my outfit it got to be cute but flexible in case I have to knock a chick out". I said standing her on her feet and walking into the closet.

"This look good". I asked holding up an outfit and she nodding giving me a thumbs up so I walk into the bathroom and change.

"How I look baby". I ask walking out and she looked from the tv to me.

"Pretty mommy". She said with a smile and I walk over kissing her forehead lets go before granny come back in here". I said placing her on the floor and cutting off the tv.

"Get your book". I said as we walked into the living room.

"Can I bring my tv". She asked holding up her tablet.

"Yea but it only let you be on there for an hour and thirty minutes and then it cuts off". I said and she nodding placing it into her backpack.

"COME ON ARIANA WE ABOUT TO BE LATE". Og yelled from outside as I grabbed Irises' hand.

"WE COMING damn rushing me and s**t". I said walking outside and locking the door.

"What you say". She said walking up to me.

"Stop Og I ain't say nothing". I said laughing as I moved away from her.

"Mhm go put my baby in the car and let's go". She said smiling before walking over and getting in the car.

Buckling iris in her seat I get in the driver's side and start backing out.

"Whats this b***h address". I ask stopping at the light.

"4576 Owen ln and why you dressed like you fighting". She asked looking over at me and I looked down at my clothes.

"I mean if I have to beat Kane and his pet ass I'm gone be ready". I said laughing at the face she was giving me.

"If you run up you better win Ariana I'm not playing you know I don't play". She said and I nodded remembering the day I lost a fight and her and Kyle f****d me up.

"Most definitely". I said and continued to drive.

~Kane House~

Pulling up into his driveway I cut the car off and get Iris out placing her on her feet.

"Mommy look at castle". She said patting my leg with a wide smile.

"I see baby come on I have a surprise for you". I said walking up to the door with a smile.

Knocking on the door it swings open and there stood Kane's dad. Why is he always around like damn.

"Ariana nice to see you again give me a hug". He said smirking at me and I just looked at him.

"Girl don't be disrespectful give that man a hug". Og said pushing me towards him. 

"Ion want to touch his dirty ass". I said looking at her and she gave me a look causing me to sigh and roll my eyes.

Leaning in he wraps his arms around me and I hold my arms limply to my side and she pops me again.

"look this good enough na". I said rolling my eyes and she walks away.

"Okay, you can let me go now". I said trying to push him away from me.

"If you or that little girl open yall mouth you not gone like it so keep her mouth shut". He said into my ear.

"Hey Ariana". His wife said and he let me go putting on a fake smile before walking over and wrapping his arm around her waist.

"Hey".i said walking into the house.

"Mommy look at that". Iris said pointing to the huge chandelier.

"I know it's beautiful mamas". I said looking down at her smiling.

Looking up I see Kane coming down the stairs.

"Da". Iris started to say but stopped and looked at me and I shook my head no looking back up at Kane as he gave me a confused look.

"Why you telling her no". He asked me causing me to mug him.

"b***h cause I don't like you that's why". I said and he waved me off.

"What was you gone say baby girl". He asked squatting down to her height.

"Nothing". She whispered with her head down.

"My son here if you want to play with him". He said and I c****d my head to the side.

"your son". I said and I see a little boy walking down the stairs and he looks nothing like Kane.

"Kingston come say hi to what's your name ". he said looking from Kingston to Iris.

"Iris". She said not looking at him and he looked at me confused.

"Why she won't look at me". He asked standing up straight.

"I don't know maybe if you gave her fifty feet". I said pushing him back.

"You want to play my games". Kingston asked Iris and she looked up at me.

"May I go play". She asked waiting on an answer. I might not like his mother but he ain't do nothing to me.

"Yea but only for an hour then you pull out that book you hear me". I said looking down at her and she nodded eagerly before running off with him.

"Why can she only play for an hour". He asked as we walked into the living room where the grown people we're.

"Not everybody wants their child addicted to technology". I said taking a seat on the couch.

"What you trynna say b***h". T'mesha said causing everybody to look at me.

Laughing I sit my purse down and go to walk over to her only for Kane to once again push me back.

"Its okay boo cause he ain't gone be around you the whole time we here". I said taking a seat next to Ashton.

"You should've snuck her dumb ass you know Kane bodybuilding ass wasn't gone let you touch that half -n- half". He said causing me to take my eyes off her and look at him.

"What the mean half -n- half". I ask looking at him confused.

"Half animal and half man". He said causing me to laugh and T'mesha stood up walking over to me and I noticed Kane didn't move an inch to keep her from coming at me.

Standing up I hit her dead in her s**t before grabbing her shirt dragging her towards me.

"b***h WHAT". I yell as I continue to hit her.

"Yo what the f**k Ariana". Kane said snatching me off of her and I fell back.

"Nah Nah dead that s**t I know you seen this Pikachu I choose you head ass man walk up on her". Ashton said standing in front of Kane blocking him from me.

"Daddy". I hear the little boy crying and we all turn around and I see Iris crying too.

Shit is about to pop off...
