Chapter Four

Right now we're outside of Connors house and Iris is acting a fool plus my grandma Georgia is going on and on about something that I'm not even paying attention to.

"Iris cut that s**t out right now before I whoop yo ass okay, don't be going up in pop pop-house acting a fool or I'm gone take you up to that room you hear me". I said helping her out of the car and she continued to cry and stomp her feet.

"You want to see the videos of yo daddy". I ask and she immediately stopped crying nodding her head so I take out my phone going to my gallery and pulling up the videos of me and Kane.

"You happy now". I ask looking down at her as my grandma shook her head.

"See if it was me I would've beat her ass I didn't play that s**t with you and Kyle". She said and I laughed nodding.

"Oh trust me OG I know you didn't we had to learn the hard way". I said as we walked up to the door.

"Iris knock on the door and tell pop pop to open up". I said picking her up and she smiled banging on the door but it was too light.

"POP POP DOOR". Iris screamed as she continued to hit the door and I started helping her.

"CONNOR COME OPEN THIS GOT DAMN DOOR". OG yelled as me and Iris beat on the door.

"Na look Georgia I ain't playin with you na stop all that cursing". He said opening the door and Iris flew into his arms.

"Look don't play with me Connor I'm 65 years old don't act like I won't bust you upside yo head like back in the day". She said pushing him out the way.

"MAE COME GET YA FRIEND BEFORE I LAY HA OUT". He yelled walking away as I laughed closing the door.

"Y'all been doing this since we were in high school". Granny Mae said from the living room.

"What you trying to say I'm old Mae". He asked taking a seat with Iris on his leg.

"That's exactly what I'm saying Connor and hey Georgia and my baby Ariana Girl you done got thick". She said standing up hugging us and I laughed.

"What you know about thick granny Mae". I asked taking a seat beside her.

"Baby back In my day I had it going on". She said and Mr. Connor looked at her crazily.

"Babygirl she lying she was as small as my fishing pole right there". He said and she smacked her lips.

"Where's my grandbaby Kane". OG asked causing me to get nervous.

You see I ain't mention this at first but his dad threatened me about telling Kane about Iris but I didn't care I still tried to contact him to tell him till this day and I'm going to do it today.

"He went to go pick up his mom and dad also get some more stuff for the get together".granny Mae said and I swallowed the lump in my throat. He wouldn't kill me in front of everybody right.

"Really I haven't seen ole Masson since his birthday a few years ago". OG said and the door opened and I heard different voices.

"Man Hell Nah If She say some s**t to me again I'm putting my foot on her neck". I heard a familiar voice say.

"Ashton". I question standing up.

"Who the f**k calling me, oh s**t babygirl Wassup". He said running over and picking me up spinning me around.

"Who the f**k is this". I heard someone say when he put me down causing me to turn around and I see T'mesha.

"Really you with this b***h". I ask walking up on her but Kane grabbed my arm pushing me back and she smirked.

"Oh it's like that Kane". I asked with a shocked look.

"Yea it's like that you ain't bout to fight my wife". He said so I reached my arm back and punched him and he pushed me sending me flying backward but Ashton caught me helping me stand up.

"Kane don't, what did I tell you". I hear his mother say and I look over at her and then I look beside her to see his dad smirking at me.

"Okay b***h what happened to I'm gone marry you and we gone start a family huh You was just feeding me bullshit". I ask staring at him and the room was quiet.

"Look Ariana I'm too old for you".he said and I shook my head laughing.

Nodding I walk over to grab my baby so that I could leave.

"Please don't leave baby girl plus she sleep Just go upstairs with her food will be done later on". Pop-pop said and I nod picking her up and bumping past everybody in my way  and walking upstairs.

"Why you do that s**t man". Ashton asked shaking his head.

"I ain't do s**t but stop her from fighting my wife". I said looking at him confused. 

"You know that girl been in love with you for the longest". He said and T' Mesha rolled her eyes.

"She's a child he's a grown-ass man he can go to jail for messing with her". She said and Ashton looked at her.

"b***h you need to shut the f**k up before I chin check yo stupid ass". He said mugging her.

"ASHTON".granny Mae yelled and he looked at her.

"What she needs to shut the f**k up sometime her bugs bunny teeth having ass, Hercules body built ass".he said and I burst out laughing s**t I couldn't help it.

"Go check on that girl man fr Kane I'm not playing". Ashton said taking a seat.

"He don't need to be checking on that b***h". T'mesha said and Georgia looked at her.

"Watch yo mouth ms thang I'll whoop yo ass na". Ms.georgia said trying to walk up on her but I stood in the way.

"Masson get this big ass boy". She said and my dad shook his head.

"Bro go check on the girl man".Ashton pushing me towards the back.

Walking to the back I look in all the rooms until I came to the last one before walking in seeing her rub her daughters back.

"Get the f**k out Kane I don't want s**t to do with you dog".she said wiping her tear-stained face.

"What the f**k did I do tho man you 17 and I'm 25 s**t ain't gone work". I said leaning against the wall.

"You wasn't telling me that s**t when I was 14 so what changed". She asked standing up off the bed.

"Bro I'm married now so you just gone have to get over whatever the f**k we had". I said and she nodding laughing a non-humorous laugh.

"Okay f**k it but out of all the bitches T'mesha really Kane I just can't believe you would do some s**t like that to me". She said shaking her head.

"Look that s**t happened a while ago grow the f**k up Ariana". I said and she looked at me like I was crazy.

"I don't give a f**k if was two weeks ago she bullied me I tried to kill my self and I need to grow up wow I'm so done with this s**t". She said walking over to me and before I knew it she was swinging on me.

"Yo Chill the f**k out". I said grabbing her arms but she started kicking me.

"f**k you okay". She said still trying to hit me.

"Yo What the f**k is going on in here". Ashton said peeking his head in the door before walking all the way in.

"Get him the f**k off me right now Ashton". She said breathing heavily and he walked over removing my hands from her.

Watching her walk over and pick up the sleeping little girl she starts walking out but I grab her arm.

"Who you get pregnant by". I ask and she laughs shaking her head snatching away from me and walked out.

"Bro you f****d up that girl head". Ashton said shaking his head walking out.
