Dear Crushes,
As my friend and I were walking out of our lecture room and down the stairs making our way towards the cafe.
I saw you.
I was surprised because it's been a long time since I saw your face.
No I didn't miss you.
I just... like the familiar feeling you give me whenever I see you.
No that doesn't mean I've started liking you again.
You were busy explaining something to another student.
OH right I forgot, of course you would be near our lecture room because you work part time in academic affairs, which is the room right beside.
As soon as I saw I looked away. As usual.
I put on a poker face when I was about to pass in front of you.
And as soon as I was far from you I burst out laughing.
I don't exactly know why....
And while I was recovering from my sudden amusement, my friend said, "Muscle guy is here"
Then I saw you.
Chen.
Oh yes it was like slow motion
He was smiling while talking to his friend inside the cafe.
And I was outside stealing glances of him.
My friend and I got in the line just so I could look at him more.
Not even 1 minute after we got into the line, while I was dreamily staring at Chen, I notice Adrian walking his way towards us...
He walks by behind us with another student and I couldn't help but look at him through the glass mirror in front of me.
At that moment I felt as if fate was smirking...
It was like clash of the past and present.
Now going back to Chen, it was his turn to order.
Fate was on my side today because he went to the cashier right across from me.
My heart beat raced, my face turned red, my mind was blank, my smile couldn't not be hidden and my eyes always found its way back to him.
He was wearing a grey shirt.
Hm. It seems like he loves showing off his muscles-- I mean, he seem to love wearing t-shirts.
His back was facing me unfortunately... but I'm not complaining because he was standing just five feet away from me!
I took in as much of him as possible because I know I won't see him again after how many months.
I took a snap of his sexy back.
After he ordered, he went to the side of the cashier to wait for his order.
I lost count of how many glances I took of his. I tried not to make it obvious because he was facing my direction...
My friend kept talking to me but nothing was registering in my mind because all I could think about how gorgeous of a species he is.
I stole a glimpse of him.....
And I don't know why but it was his lips that I noticed.
His lips were red...
Hm so kissable-- that thought was interrupted when he got his order and left.
I watched him leave the cafe and enter the library.
Aha! So that's where he hangs out now huh...
I'll keep that in mind.
As my friend and I were walking away from the cafe.. I noticed him again...
Adrian.
He now has a cap on and he was walking to the same direction as us but his back was facing us.
Really fate?
It's Chen and Keith that I want to see more, not Adrian.
Please.
While walking past by a mirror, I noticed something...
Man I look so haggard!
Why fate?!
Why is your timing not right?!
Why today when I didn't even put an effort on how i look?!
Why not yesterday when I did put effort on my outfit?!
I don't want to say it but I hope Chen didn't see me--
Oh wait, what am I talking about?
Of course he won't see me because I'm not in his radar!
I'm just one of those people that he won't even give a second look at.
It's a sad feeling Chen but I am in no position to complain...
Forever watching him from afar...
I don't know about you but for me it was weird how I saw Adrian and Chen today- unexpectedly!
It was just last night too that I looked for them...
No lie but when my friend and I were making our way to our lecture room earlier, I said to myself how I wished to see either Chen or Keith because it has been a long time since I last saw them and I'm missing the butterflies in my stomach.
And when I saw Adrian when I stepped outside the room, I then said to myself while frowning, "I want to see Chen though not Adrian..."
Then boom! Fate hears me and I see Chen!
Right away I looked around in hopes that I see Keith because who knows I might see the three of them all in one day to make up for the many weeks of not seeing them...
But no Keith was detected.
