First Thirst For Blood!

Angel shook her head again after I spoke. She knew I was in deep trouble after that but there's no way I can let these people keep tormenting Vee when she did absolutely nothing.

"Move back boy, I'm about to drop a thunder on this girl" Alice said. Hudson and Emmett moved a little away from her.

"What's going on here? Alice? Emmett? Hudson? Your class is about to start. Are you bullying someone again?" The teacher asked.

"No ma'am. We aren't bullying anyone. We just found ourselves a new toy, which we'll destroy soon" Alice said. The teacher furrowed her eyebrows, trying to understand what Alice just said. But before she know it, the three left the class and everything went back to normal. I turned and picked Vee from the floor.

"Thanks Chloe, no one has ever done that for me before" she said.

"It's fine. I hope they stay away from you" I said, smiling.

"Yes, they'll stay away from her and them come to you. Why do you keep risking your life anytime I try to save you!" Angel was furious.

"I can take care of myself. It's fine" I said.

"Whatever. If they come for you, I won't be able to save you" Angel said and walked to her sit. I watched as she sat angrily. I sat beside Vee, still staring at angry Angel. She didn't even want to look at me. But there was no way I could tell her that I'm a Tribrid and that I'm immune to anything. I was an immortal being.

"Okay class, let's start today's work. I humbly welcome the Freshers. I hope you get along and also take some notes from...." The teacher started.

Class ended after some hours and everyone headed to the canteen.

"Let's go eat" I said to Angel. She just grabbed her books and walked away. It was evident that she was still angry with me.

"I'll eat with you. But I have to get my head bandaged first" Vee spoke. I smiled and escorted her to the nurse. I sat close to the window as the nurse wrapped the bandage around her head.

I was reading some books that was on the window. As I picked one that caught my interest, I found someone running into the school woods. It was Ethan. The woods are for the wolves. Has he finally found out that he's a wolf?

I checked to see if he would come out as a wolf but he didn't. He came out as a normal being. I rolled my eyes and stared at Vee. She was done.

"Shall we?" She asked.

I nodded and we both left. We head to the canteen. All eyes were on me again.

"Did I forget to tell you how hot you look with your glasses off?" Vee said. I laughed.

"Everyone said that in my former school" I lied. I had no one to say that to me except my mom. She use to force me to leave my hair and take off the glasses but I personally agreed to look like a nerd. The glasses weren't even medical at all. I just wore it to complete my look as a nerd. I didn't want to be a hot girl in school. It will increase the risk of exposing my powers.

We found Angel eating alone.

"Can we join?" Vee asked.

"If she's eating with me, I'm not interested" she said and walked away.

"Hey guys!" Ethan arrived. He saw Angel walking away.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"She's mad at me because I stood up for Vee and myself against the three" I said.

"What?"

"I know right. She doesn't have to be angry" I took a fry and throw it inside my mouth.

"No, I mean... What?! You stood up against the three. Have you gone nut. Those people can literally kill you if you step in their way" he said.

"I can protect myself" I said, slowly eating my fries.

"I will also try to protect myself. I'm more powerful than Alice also" she said.

"You two are crazy" Ethan scoffed.

"Hey, have some fries" Vee pushed her tray to Ethan.

"Thanks but I have to practice. Bye!" He said and ran away.

"Ethan is so hot" Vee said. I laughed.

"Yeah right"

At night, the room was quiet, Angel and I couldn't sleep. I could hear her disturbing the bed with a lot of turns. I sat up.

"Angel" I called out her name.

"Don't call my name" she groaned.

"Let's talk. Come on..." I said. She sat up also and gazed at me.

"Talk? About what? You won't listen to me anyway" she said.

"Fine, I'm sorry. You had no idea what j was feeling as I watched them bully Vee. I've been bullied in my former school. It only reminded me of my past, the one I'm trying so hard to forget" I said. She started pouting like she was sorry for me.

"You didn't tell me that" she said.

"I'm sorry. I thought if I come here, I'll forget all about it but those people are making me remember it and everything I felt" she said.

"Fine... But you'll do as I say if you want me to forgive you" she said.

I scratched my head. I almost forgot I was wearing a head warmer. I sighed.

"Fine... But..." I paused and stood up from the bed, walking to the mirror. I grabbed my stomach and my throat felt itchy. I swallowed my saliva multiple times to stop the thirst but it wasn't working. My eyes turned grey and red. The corner of my eyes looked like my face is about to burst. My veins were black.

"Are you okay Khloe?" Angel walked to her. She swiftly turned and stretched her hand.

"No... Don't come any closer" she said, breathing hard.

"Oh no... You're thirty for blood. I'll go get Hudson" she said and rushed out of the room.

"No... No!" I yelled but she didn't hear me. I fell on my knees and groaned. I wanted blood so badly. I was even glad that Angel left the room. I had no idea what I would have done to her.

The head warmer came off my head and my hair fell on my body and also covered half of my face.

Suddenly, the door went open and Hudson barged in. Angel stood back because she didn't want to come any closer.

"Hey, hey... Relax..." he said. I raised my head. He saw my eyes and froze.

"You... your eyes..." He murmured.

I lowered my head again and groaned.

"Here... Here..." He took a pen knife from his shoe and slice his skin. The scent of his blood appealed me. I grabbed his hand without any second thought and started sucking his blood.

"Get some blood in the kitchen" he said to Angel. Angel nodded and rushed out.

Hudson groaned in pain. I was literally sucking everything in him. Angel arrived quickly and he dragged his hand from me. He gave me the blood and I started to sip slowly.

"Here you go" Angel handed a piece of cloth to cover his wound. She finished the two pints of blood in a go. She dropped it and slipped her fingers through her hair.

"What was that?" I murmured.

"Your first thirst for blood. You controlled your thirst pretty well, I'm impressed" he said.

"Hmm" was the only thing that could escape my lips. I stood up and tried to get my stamina

"But your eyes, I've never seen that kind before" he said.

I turned to face him.

"I told you, I'm a special breed of vampire" I lied to him again.

"Why haven't I heard about you?"

"Because you shouldn't. Thanks for tonight" I said and rushed to the bathroom.

"Thank you Hudson" Angel said. He ignored her and left our room. Angel locked the door behind and I walked out.

"Are you okay now?" Angel asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine"

"You should have some sleep. You'll be more better" Angel said.

I nodded and laid on the bed. Angel helped me cover myself.

"Good night" she said and went back to her bed. She stretched her hand and turned off the lights.

I still couldn't believe I had my first thirst for blood. It was so unusual but I felt good. I felt filled up, all my thirst for anything has gone. But... I took Hudson blood.

Anytime I remember that, I felt ashamed. He saw me in my helpless state.
