We circled each other and she is smart enough to put some distance so I cannot poke her with my basic attack. I have 3 mana potions left in my inventory but my mana bar is regenerating slowly. Also, to wait for my ultimate ability to recharge again, I need to surprise her so I can land a sure hit combo to her.

Now I know some of her abilities, the dash and s***h one, invisibility, leap, and that invincibility. Why did I assume that she has invincibility skill in her kit? Simple, that time that I rooted her immediately then eventually I rained down unlimited fireballs at her. My ultimate passive is that it reduces my first ability’s cooldown by 80 percent.

Then she came out unscathed, that’s not a bug because if it is, the game would be cancelled because exploiting in game bugs during a competitive match is a taboo in a tournament. If the player intended it to happen it can cause disqualification for the player, if not the game will restart no matter the score is, but the jury will discuss what will happen. I trust the committee in this competition, that’s why I am assuming that it is a skill, might be an ultimate ability.

That might be overpowered for it being the character’s passive. I am not knowledgeable about her character but I am not that much of a fool to assume wrong things. Oh wait- that’s four of abilities showed by her character and every character in this game, each class has only four abilities in their skill sets. Technically five if I will include the passive of the character like mine, my skill damage will be amplified every 3rd hit. I don’t know hers.

So, there is no change of plans, I will continue to play safe around her. I am thankful that I am not against Mitsuha right now, gawd! That skill of that guy terrified me, and how he crushed his opponent earlier with his assassin character, but a different subclass than Yuri. I am thankful that I am against Yuri because if not, from the start of the match my defeat is inevitable. At least in our match right now I have the slightest of chance to win and I will do my best take that slight chance.

20 seconds before my ultimate ability completely recharge, and both of us are still wary of each other’s actions after we saw the capabilities of each other. I am sure that both of us are looking for that window to win this game.

But I am thankful that she is giving me the chance to let my abilities recharge and that might be my window, I don’t want to waste mana unnecessarily, but I have a plan in mind. I hope the situation go along with me.

10 seconds before my ultimate ability recharge down and in a blink of an eye, her character disappeared in front of me. I panicked and looked around to look for her and it’s too late for me to realize to look up. When I look up, she landed on my character slashing her back and forth and I am rapidly clicking on my keyboard to be released in that suppressed state. After that her character lifted me up and threw me at the wall then she activated her s***h and dash ability while my character gets up. I closed my eyes praying that my health bar is not completely depleted in that combo and when I opened my eyes. I am standing but I smiled after seeing my ultimate ability recharge completely.

She is running towards me to deal the final blow to me. It’s time to initiate my counter attack to her and I did not waste any time to consume potion to recharge my health. I casted fireballs towards her while I walk back away from her and my fireball only have 2 seconds cooldown enough for me to hit her over and over again to make her waste her invincibility skill. When the smoke that was caused by my fireballs, faded away, I smiled widely in front of my screen to see her health unscathed.

Before she can do anything, I activated my ultimate ability and I blinked repetitively in different locations, to confuse her and to keep my distance away from her. Since my health bar is only one attack left to my defeat and I won’t allow that to happen as I blinked at a direction where she did not expect me to appear.

The distance is enough to cast my rooting ability to her and that was a sure hit, and I blinked again away from her and did a barrage of fireball in her direction. It’s like a gatling gun and I maximized the 2 seconds root effect to her. My passive will be enough to burst her down.

The whole thing just stopped and a victory banner appeared in my screen. I almost cried seeing that and I stood up from my chair and raised my fist up high to express my victory to all who is watching right now. I sit again on my chair and I breathed loosely letting all that tension free inside my body that has been stacked during the match.

“THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE!” I almost jumped out of my chair when Allan’s voice suddenly appeared from the megaphones surrounding the stadium. Now I want to hear their comments about what I just did earlier, my own display of skills, I will not let myself be over popularized by Anonymous, I’m a bit competitive to myself. “Hey Cal,” he said and I turned around as I heard him concerned to his partner. “Cal,” he said nervously and I did my best to see them from afar and I saw Allan shaking Cal’s body.

“SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESH! I almost died because of Amazement back there,” Cal said and I was relieved and I don’t want someone dying because of how bad ass I am. I might be cocky but I have the rights right now since I defeated a strong opponent. I am lifting a chair if there is a chair in front of me and I won’t waste that chance to show off.

I dreamed of being known worldwide at something, whether it’s a small thing it does not matter because I want people remember my name even when I am dead. I fear of being forgotten by the world and that’s my only goal in life.

“I thought you were petrified seconds ago,” Allan said with relief and I know that they are making the whole situation a gag and they never failed at making their audience happy. They sure love what are they doing. I wonder, are they brothers? I’m just wondering since I noticed that they are very close to each other.

Actually, I envy their relationship if they are really siblings in real life, because they can trust each other while I can’t to my sister. It’s broken many years ago and it cannot be mended again by something, it will be forever cracked.

That was given to us after our mother disappeared and there is no turning back. I can still feel my phone vibrating inside my pocket and I had a great urge to pull out my phone and shut it down at least while having a glimpse of what is happening inside my phone.

I am afraid that my father is very angry right now to ignore his messages, he is here to have a meeting with an important person, and that’s why I am afraid because when it comes to business matters, dad will be angry at me even I am his little sweet daughter.

I am on the verge of winning this competition, there is no turning back right now, and the competition is getting exciting as it progresses. I want to witness all of it, and most of all face Anonymous. Now the next one fighting is Anonymous against YouCan’tSeeMee101, and that made me forget the sense of emergency towards my father.

They are currently preparing themselves right now to start the game and their game now is the same game that we played earlier, which is Tokken 7. This will be a quick match unlike my match against Yuri because of its time limit as we all already know. I concentrated watching the live stream ignoring the calls on my phone inside my pocket.

I want to know how he will win this game and how he will play it. I am just curious as a cat right. There will be a five-minute time preparation before the game starts and for the player to prepare their emotional state. The one who got the first place versus the one who got the second place. If that guy placed 2nd place with just sheer luck, then there is no point watching this game anymore.
