1 to 0, 2 more and I will win this round, that one was close and I need to focus more on his movements, I was distracted earlier by the loud cheering of the crowd. Will not do that again, I learned my lesson, as what happened earlier, the start of the round was only spent on backing away at each other to avoid their first attack and to counter it at the same time.

I underestimated this fatso earlier, but he was greedy enough to finish me with a powerful blow and losing the first round is what he gets on getting cocky.

I did a feint attack which he guarded so quickly so I threw another attack but this time it’s not a feint attack and I caught him off guard successfully. I gave him a high kick that threw his character into the air and while he is being sent upwards, I took the chance to charge a powerful uppercut that will reduce a chunk of his health.

I have enough time to charge that attack and as he was going down, I released that button where my character jump very high and it twisted its body as it was jumping, when the upper cut hits his character, just like what I expected his health bar was reduced in half.

We landed at the same time but the only difference between us is that he was lying down on the ground and I am standing. Our distance from each other is not that far so I pressed the stomped button to quickly stomp him on the ground which depleted his health bar to zero.

Mokushin wins!

“Wow, what did I just see!?” Allan exclaimed.

“I thought we see another warfreak101 moment in this stage,” Cal replied alongside with the loud cheer of the crowd.

“She is so merciless,” Allan remarked and I just smiled on my place since people cannot see my face right now and the screens are recording the game not us. I think that fatso deserves that treatment for pissing me off earlier.

I focused myself again on the game since the break was just seconds.

WaifuLover69, threw a chain combo right at me at the start of the round and I pressed the guard button at the right time which prevented him from being successful of his plans. He must be enraged because he was about to lose the opportunity of buying that card. I countered and as quick as I am he guarded but he is not so lucky today since I predicted his next move.

I threw a guard breaker punch and my character has the ability to stun enemies when he successfully does his guard breaker, the animation of the guard and my predict is the most ideal moment for a sure hit. Remember what I said earlier? This character is weak, but strong to those who are skilled.

“WHAT A PREDICTION BY WARFREAK101 I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!” Cal shouted and even I am 100% focused on this game his voice can still manage to get inside my head, but I can’t let myself be distracter with that since this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. A perfect execution of my plans maybe not in reality and it virtually happened but I am still very happy, that masses of people get to see this and admire me for what have I done.

Gatling punch of his ultimate moves and my gauge meter was full early on the 2nd round and it does not deplete after end of each round since it takes so many combos to fill it up, that is why this is the best moment to execute it in front of the public.

Gatling punches. May sound common and can be easily guarded, yes ultimate moves can be easily guarded with just one push of the guard button but now his character is stunned it is the perfect opportunity. Ultimate moves if successful are truly unbreakable and can finish the round quickly.

My character did an ultimate move animation which delays his attacks for one second but as soon as the stun of my guard breaker wore off, the animation is finished and it is time to finish the game. I put my hands in the air since my guard breaker did a good chunk of damage and if I am correct ultimate moves takes ¾ of the enemy’s health.

I took my headset away from my ears and there I began to hear again the loud cheering which fueled myself to be more competitive in this competition. Then I heard a ruckus from a table away from me and I checked it, while my character is busy pummeling her to the ground.

“Looks like WaifuLover69 is not very happy of the outcome of the game,” of the fatso, I stood up to check on him and there I saw him holding a keyboard but three employees are restraining him to stop him smashing their equipment.

“WaifuLover69 for showing unsportsmanship behavior, but I think it’s not important anymore as we can see his character getting pummeled by Mokushin and that’s a sure defeat from him,” Cal said.

“Yeah, I think warfreak101 lived up to her name and she blew some fuse inside his head,” Allan replied and he chuckled.

“No Wonder,” Cal remarked.

MOKUSHIN WINS!

I saw my avatar does it victory pose and I mimicked that pose which just only raises one of my fists in the air and that triggered another cheering from the crowd.

“Look at that Cal,” Allan said chuckling. “It’s like she is doing her battle cry in the arena and those who will get to face her, watch out,” he added, yes, he is correct this is my battle cry and my declaration that card is mine. No one will get it except for me.

“That match and her execution with Mokushin looked so easy here in our perspective but I will tell you that it requires so much skill to execute those moves,” Cal explained to the crowd. “If you think that is so easy to do, and WaifuLover69 is just a noob in the game, I suggest you try that and do exactly what she did in this match,” he challenged.

I felt relieved when he said that since I will not bother myself proving this victory to them and that will alert other competitor that will give me a very hard time later on. Yuri, is the next one matched after me against YOLO143 who placed 16th place earlier.

Their game is Tetrix, a brick game where the one who stack that reached the border first loses or if the time limit runs out, the one who scores the most will win. It requires much more hand skill and concentration to score a lot in this game.

Spatial skills since bricks that will fall down comes in different shapes and if they complete a line, that completed line will disappear and will turn into points. If they do a stack, and completed in at one, it will be a combo and a score multiplier will appear.

The game might be boring at first look, but from my experience this game can be immersive without the detailed graphics, story, or any mechanics, it will just require your concentration and reflexes. It might not be fun, from hearing and seeing it but experiencing it is like drugs, though I don’t use drugs, promise, it can be addictive as much.

During my younger days, it’s a trend among the youth and elderly alike, and there is such a game released for free but online where many people can compete with their high scores and everyone is aiming for the top 1 in the nation. There is also a pvp feature where, it is the one that will happen here, and I explained it already so moving on.

I need to keep an eye to Yuri since this one also has great skills when it comes to gaming, this game is perfect for observing and visualizing her overall skills in games. With fast mind, she will conquer every other games. Also, I can see how concentrated she can be.

Unlike earlier where employees of the store are coming to us and will escort us, back to the spectator’s lounge, not we remained seated in our pc and if its not our turn they mentioned that we had the freedom to kill some time or watch them from the stream since looking up above the big screens can be tiresome and will build fatigue on my neck.

The lobby was created and both them are already prepared for the battle, the moderator is briefing them about the match. Moments later the match will start soon and I excited as the others are, I am thrilled to see him in action.

The first brick has fallen and to make sure that this game will be based on pure skill and not luck, they have the same type of brick falling down on their screens, which is a straight brick. The first minute of the match seems too easy since the bricks are falling down slow from above and that will give them plenty of time to plan.

Both of the players decided to build a stack leaving the other aisle completely blank. As time passes by the brick fall speed will be faster and faster as time is running out.

When that moment comes, even I cannot see the player itself I can tell that YOLO143 is panicking since he is not fast enough to plan ahead as the bricks is falling down in much more speed, meanwhile Yuri is keeping her score streak alive and she is ahead of YOLO143 by 1 million points.

That’s much more humiliation than the fatso earlier since in this game she had a chance to have a comeback as I seen players from the past who won despite being behind with points, not just points but hundreds of thousands of points that is why the YOLO143’s morale can be destroyed with just that.

The round ended with Yuri having 2 and a half million points in the round.
