I was asleep in Keira’s room while Mitzi slept in the guest room. Kevin called earlier saying that Keira and AJ are fine, but it would be awhile before he came back, that it was his mom and he would explain everything.
It was late, so I texted him was going to bed in Keira’s room. I didn’t want to accidentally crawl into bed with Mitzi. Though that would've been fun to see what happened.
I stirred awake when I felt an arm drape over my middle and a body snuggling up close to me.
“Kevin?” I asked sleepily.
“Yeah, go back to sleep baby.” He said.
“You ok?” I asked him.
“I’m drained. We will talk in the morning. Let’s just sleep.” He replied.
When we both woke up to Lizzy getting up.
“You sleep, I got her.” I told him.
“I’m up, it’s ok.” Kevin grumbled.
We walked into Lizzy
