Chapter Seven

Kellan's POV Of course, it just has to be HER. The blue eyed Omega with a captivating smell and irresistible heat. She is truly trouble, isn't she? Firstly, she walked in on us while Lucien and I were making out. I wanted to punish her but Lucien told me not to… I can't understand the reason why he believes that she won't tell everyone about us. Secondly, we met her in Ares office as his “tutorial student” yet the office reeks of arousal instead of ink. Thirdly, she is bullying Aria—Lucien sister—but then it doesn't matter… We are as close as family, so she is practically the sister I never had too. “You are bullying the Grand princess of the Silvercrest Pack?” I growled, eyeing her down as I wondered where exactly she got her audacity from. She didn't say a word; just her head lowered. I took a step forward. “Touch her next time and I swear, you will lose that hand.” Lucien stepped closer to me and pulled me back gently. “Ease up, Kellan,” he said as if he didn't see the scene where she was pulling Aria's hair earlier. I wonder why he seemed to have a soft spot for this girl. “Ease up?” I repeated and yanked his hand free from him. “She is bullying Aria and you think I'm overreacting?” “I didn't say you're overreacting, Kellan. I just think you should calm down.” Then he looked at her briefly. “She is not worth wasting your energy on.” My expression softened a lot. Lucien always knows how to pacify me. Yeah… maybe I'm short-tempered but I only get angry when it's necessary. “You're right.” She finally raised her head. “Yes, I'm not worth your energy, but f*****g tell your sister to stay the hell away from me. She bullied me first and you don't expect me to stay quiet, do you?” A bitter laugh bubbled in my throat. “Aria bullied you?” I knew that was a lie from the pit of hell. “Common on, say something else Omega. Aria is the most beautiful, selfless and kind princess I have ever seen.” Her eyes narrowed like my words were foreign, then she burst into laughter—sharp and mocking. “Yes, she is beautiful,” she said, trying so hard to muffle her laughter. “But selfless and kind shouldn't even be in the same sentence with Aria. She practically just threatened to kick me out of college.” “What?!” Lucien snapped; of course we don't believe her. “Aria… is that true?” “No!” Aria replied softly. “Don’t believe her brothers. Why would I say something like that? Eira was my best friend.. but she has been jealous of me because she thinks I'm practically living her dream life. She is doing everything to ruin my reputation and I don't even know what I did wrong.” Her eyes watered. “It is not my fault that my life is perfect, is it?” “Cut the act!” Eira snapped. “You are the one who is bitter and jealous of me, b***h!” “Enough!” I have heard enough of her lies. I believe Aria. Honestly, she is not so impressive that Aria would be jealous of her. “Stop the lies and you don't get to call the Grand princess those names. Did you understand?” “Yes, Grand prince Kellan,” she sneered, her lips curled into a smirk. “I don't care if you believe me or not… but soon you will come to realize that your “beautiful, selfless and caring sister” Is not exactly who you think she is.” She threw her hair back. “Until then… keep believing whatever delusions she feeds you. Some of us work so hard to earn our place here, so If you would excuse me… I have got a lot to do, Grand princes.” Her gaze flickered towards Lucien, then she bowed and walked away, her feet hitting the floor sharply. I watched her with sheer shock as she walked away. She is different.. and absolutely not in a good way. “Tell me the truth right now, Aria..” Lucien turned towards Aria… “did you threaten to kick her out?” “No! You can ask Solara and Selena…” she gestured towards the beautiful and identical twins… “I didn't do it.” Then her voice was filled with hurt, “Don't tell me you believe that b***h over your own sister?” “What the hell is wrong with you, Lucien?” I said through the mind-link. “You are hurting Aria. Tell me… why did you keep being protective of that girl? Then and even now.” “Nothing! I'm not protective of her, Kellan,” he replied back. “She just seemed too confident to be lying and at least she has not told anyone about our relationship yet.” Yeah, she is confident—too confident that I almost wanted to believe her claims but unfortunately I can't. I'm not easy to fool like Lucien. “But we just got here. You don't know what will happen in the next minute.” He didn't reply me; instead he disconnected the mind-link. “Of course, I believe you Aria. I'm so sorry.” He pulled her into an embrace and patted her back. A moment passed before Aria pulled back. “I will only forgive you… if you promise to go out with my friends.” She grabbed the wrists of the twins and pulled them forward. “This is the Darkmoor twins—the princess of the Bloodmoon Pack—Selena and Solara.” “Hi,” the she-wolves chorused and waved at us, their gaze was seductive. “Welcome to BlueMoon Pack, my princes,” Selena said. “We hope you enjoy your stay here,” Solara added. We forced a smile at them as we could already tell where Aria was heading to. Aria continued. “The Darkmoor twins haven't found their mate and since the both of you are single to stupor too… how about you all hang out together and get to know each other?” Okay… we are the ladies men and maybe we enjoyed the attention from the ladies but we've never had the need to date one. Lucien and I are perfect for each other. Selena stepped closer to me, her arms wrapping around mine in a way that it was grazing her breasts. “I promise you a nice time, my prince.” Her voice was sultry. “I can come over to your dorm later tonight.” Although we used to f**k women once in a while but my wolf didn't like this ones at all and he kept growling in protest. I yanked my arms away from her. “That won't be necessary, princess Selena.” My voice was hard. Selena's eyes flashed with anger. She flinched and walked away. “What about you, prince Lucien,” Solara said coolly, her fingers trailing over Lucien's chest. “You seemed tense… I can help you relax.” Lucien forced a smile at her and gently removed her hand from him. “Thanks, but no. I'm very much okay, Solara.” Oh.. Lucien is a gentleman—unlike me. “We should probably go and meet with the team, Kellan,” Lucien said and I knew it was an act to get away from Aria and her twins; we can't let her know that there was something about them that irritated us and got our wolves agitated. “They are probably waiting for us in the locker room.” “Yes… let's go quickly.” We kissed Aria's cheeks one after the other. “See you later, sis. I love you.” “Love you too,” Lucien added. “Stay away from trouble.” We were already walking away before she uttered any more words. “Brothers,” Aria called after us. “The Darkmoor twins are the most beautiful and perfect women on campus—they will make perfect mates. You know how our parents will be happy if you both take them as your mates.” Of course, they will be happy. Our parents think that something is wrong with us and have been setting us up with she-wolves from the other packs for years now, but all to no avail. I'm sure our mothers would collapse if they learned about our relationship. We shoved one hands in our pocket and waved the other hand at her.
