Brent and Liam’s dogs were Shih Tzus—Brent spelled it for her—and they were small, fluffy, and adorable. Their names were Pinky and Moe, with Pinky being the shorter one of the two, and Lina loved walking them in the late morning. She hated picking up their poop, however, and nearly gagged each time she had to.
That very first day, Brent had shown her where the hiding place for the key was. The joy exhibited by the two dogs when she let herself into the apartment after both men had gone off to their respective jobs was the best part of Lina’s day altogether.
