Chapter 6

"I would die to have s*x with you". Why did Satin have to say that? Nebula's laugh was one of the best sounds she ever heard but hearing it because of something she said honestly was different. She felt so ashamed that she wanted to disappear in a hole. Seeing her all red, Nebula bent closer:

"Are you anxious? Don't worry. I am too."

Nebula wasn't anxious at all but she was playing Imeena now. Yurk thinking about it was horrible. What the hell was she doing? This was the worst idea she could ever have. She wasn't drunk enough for this. Sensing that she was starting to change her mind, Satin grabbed Nebula by the waist. She couldn't let this occasion pass by. She was ready to do anything to have s*x with Nebula. Even sell her soul to the devil.

"I am not anxious. I have dreamed of this day so much."

Satin had to be perfect. Now that Nebula knew who she was, she couldn't make any mistakes. She wanted Nebula to feel so good that she would faint. With all this in mind, Satin was ready to place Nebula under her but just like during their first night, Nebula wanted to stay on top.

Nebula thought she would have s*x once, Satin would fall asleep and she would leave discreetly. But she was far from imagining that they would go all night and she would be the one to faint. Her whole body felt sore and she grunted as soon as she moved. Fortunately Satin wasn't in the room and Nebula quickly ran away with the document she found the night before. Well, crawled away. She immediately went to her sister but on her way she heard an interesting conversation.

"Where did they go?"

What was their father going here? Nebula knew that her father loved Imeena but something felt wrong.

"They were supposed to catch Nebula red handed and tell everyone about it. Where did they go?

-I don't know... I sent them to their room but they never came back."

Nebula froze. No, it couldn't be. Did her sister and father send people to the crown princess's room just to humiliate her? She knew that her sister asking her to do her first night instead of her was weird. But no, she knew her sister and she would never do something like this. But then again she had been acting weird after her wedding. No, how could she think about this? She was a horrible person. She had to trust her sister.

"You said that this would work!

-I'm sorry, dad. I don't understand. Everything was going perfectly well. She would do anything for me. I don't understand what went wrong.

-Tell me the truth. The two of you are making fun of me, aren't you.

-No!

-You were always inseparable. Why would you suddenly turn against her and humiliate her in front of the nobles? You love her.

-I don't! I hate her! She is the worst thing that ever happened to me! I want her to pay for everything she did to me."

Nebula felt her heart break. Was she dreaming? Was this what her sister thought of her? Since when? She should be feeling sad but for now she felt angry. She felt so angry that she had a hard time calming down. She never hated anyone and she never got angry at anyone. She always handled everything with calm and intelligence. Wait. Why should she calm down? Those other people didn't deserve her anger but she had given everything to her sister. She even had been beaten up all their childhood instead of her. What could she have done so wrong to be hated by her like this?

Just as she was feeling her blood heat up, Nebula heard her father laugh:

"Is that about the crown princess?"

Imeena didn't answer immediately but Nebula was waiting for her to talk patiently. Nebula didn't see her expression but apparently it was a face that made the Duke laugh:

"You won this round, Imeena. You are the one married to her.

-But she doesn't love me.

-What then? She is yours. You have all the time to seduce her into staying married to you.

-Then what about Nebula?

-Get your revenge. Make her think about it twice before wanting something that belongs to you."

When did she ever take anything from her sister? Nebula couldn't take it anymore. Why hold back when you could break everything? She came out of her hiding spot and threw the object closest to her at Imeena and the Duke. It was a vase that shattered into a thousand pieces against the wall behind the Duke and Imeena. Hearing the sound, the two suddenly turned around and looked at Nebula with round eyes. They didn't have time to say anything because the first vase was quickly followed by a jewelry box that hit the exact same location as the first object. The Duke quickly recovered and didn't seem that troubled by seeing his older daughter but Imeena on the other hand did seem ashamed for a second:

"Are you f-ing kidding me? Did you want to humiliate me? Is that why you sent me to Satin?"

Nebula needed to exteriorise. She grabbed a perfume bottle and exploded it on the ground:

"After everything I did for you, what do you think of me? Just because Satin doesn't love you? I told you that you didn't have to get married. I gave you a choice and now you are behaving as a spoiled child because things are not going your way. How could you?"

Imeena forgot her shame immediately and anger started showing on her face. She moved back, never having seen her sister angry at her before. Being reprimanded and scared wasn't a good feeling and Imeena needed to get back the upper hand:

"You destroyed everything. You should never have been born!"

Nebula started laughing:

"Wow. All of this because someone doesn't like you back?"

She was way too angry to remember the loving eyes Satin had for Imeena. She let go of the book she was holding and let it fall to the ground.

"You are more pitiful than anyone I have ever met before. I would never have hurt you for something like this."

She signed:

"Ha... I feel way better now."

She looked at all the things she had broken and felt her anger cool down:

"I can't even believe I felt bad sleeping with Satin."

Both the Duke and Imeena opened wide eyes:

"You did what?"

Nebula frowned. Wasn't that what she was supposed to do? Why was Imeena so surprised? She shrugged. It wasn't that important:

"I am so happy that I overheard this conversation. I can't believe I felt sad because dad didn't like me as much as he liked you. I can't believe I felt guilty for traveling so much and being away from you. You two are really perfect for each other. You know what? I don't regret any decision I ever made and this is my strength. I am so proud of myself. You were the one holding me back from cutting all ties with this family but I am finally free! I won't forgive you for this because I deserve way better than this family."

Nebula started laughing. She was truly happy. Happier than ever:

"Well, then. I wish you two a happy life.

-Wait!"

Nebula turned to her dad:

"How many times did you have s*x with the crown princess?"

Nebula smiled:

"Are you interested in me now that I may be pregnant? Don't worry, that's impossible. I took a potion."

The Duke's smile wasn't reassuring for some reason:

"I heard that the crown princess drank a potion too."

Imeena felt hurt by this revelation. Nebula on the other hand lost her smile. She did it a lot yesterday... A lot... Could she be pregnant? No, that was impossible. Why would Satin take a potion before her first night?

"It's impossible. We did everything right."

Her acting was good enough to fool her father but she knew that he wasn't going to leave things as they were. He was going to discover the truth no matter what. Therefore the first thing Nebula did was run to a doctor. She had had s*x only hours prior but thanks to a revelation spell they could detect pregnancy early on. Nebula felt weird for some reason. Exactly how she felt the first time. She knew but she didn't want to accept it. Everything was going to be fine. She was going to do multiple tests and they would all be negative.

"Congratulations. You are pregnant."

Of course they weren't.
