Manic left with Raze and Nora went into her fight mode. Really, she had a fight or fight harder mode. Nothing else. A natural reaction to the world she grew up in.
She had that determination. Whatever Manic meant with Lucifer’s cryptic words, Nora seemed to know.

She knew, but she wasn’t sharing yet.
“Gabe, can you get us enough weapons for tomorrow night? It’s a three-hour drive from here and I want to be ready for him. Once I get Phoenix, I’m going to kill him.”
“Just wait,” Alex held his hand up, “Manic said he’s going to want to make a deal. Do you know what it might be?”
She shook her head.
“Okay, we may not want to be too hasty, just in case he’s holding something else over your head.”
