SOMEONE SPECIAL?
Liya's P.O.V.
Lucy was drawing something I slowly walked towards her and whispered in her ear "what are you drawing?" she jumped from the place she was sitting and screamed, and in just a blink everyone was in her room. I burst out laughing, which was out of control now. Lucy got angry and started hitting me. Jim asked in confusion "why were you screaming Lucy? And why are you laughing Liya? Please explain what happened" he said pointing us while saying our names. I explained to them everything that happened and as expected they laughed too. Lucy looked pissed off and left the room, I followed her to ask her for forgiveness...
* * * (26 Days Later) * * *
I had a good time visiting Lucerne, and now I hope that I have a good time studying as my exams are starting from the day after tomorrow. I sat down and started learning, to be honest, I couldn't understand anything! I was so tensed! And then I got an idea, first I confirmed that Jim was at home and was not busy then I called Matt, Lucy, and Joe and invited them to my house. So at least we all can study together... As soon as they arrived we sat down to learn. Jim was helping us a lot. He explained all the topics. And when we were done with learning, he took our test. And guess what, we all scored awesome in his test... We studied for three hours.
Then we decided to have a break, Lucy and I went and brought some popcorn. And again everyone started playing 'truth or dare'. I am fed up with this game! But if I refuse to I will be killed by them, so I stayed quiet... I was not enjoying the game until Jim's turn came and he chose truth. Matt was the one who was going to ask him a question. He asked, "okay, so Jim do you have someone special in your life?" For a second Joe and I exchanged our look in worry, but then Jim said "yes I have one!" I got shocked, then he continued "she is Emma Johnson!" What the heck? "Who is she?" Lucy asked. Jim turned to me and said, "don't act like you don't know her?" Do I? O-oh do he needs me to help him? "Yeah! I know her" I screamed, he then smirked and said "then say who is she!" What does he want from me? I stared him angrily. Lucy and Matt were asking me, again and again, who is the girl. I then said what came to my mind first "she works in dad's office." I just hope it works! Matt asked Jim looking a bit confused "so why you didn't invite her to Lucerne?" I said Jim taking the chance of his silence "say, Jim, why you didn't invite her?" He was exactly in the same condition that I was in, just a few seconds before. He gave the reason that she was working on an important project. I don't think that was a big problem!... After some time we all again sat back to study...
After two hours they all left for their houses. I asked Jim "does the girl exist?" He shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I again asked him "what if they insist to meet the girl who does not exist?" He gave me a devilish smile and said "I will say she died or else she got married and resigned the job." CRAZY!!! I had my dinner and went early to bed, I decided to take a leave tomorrow and dad permitted me to do so. Lucy, Matt, and Joe were also staying back in their homes tomorrow. They said they can't visit my house and waste their precious time on the way to my house. I suggested them to conduct a meeting on the Zoom app. They liked my idea, so we planned to start the meeting at 8.30 am sharp. I went to my bed and laid down...
It was not the first time I was afraid to write the exams. But this time was not similar to the others. From the first standard, I used to be scared to write my exams because I was afraid that dad would beat me if I don't score good marks! But now I am scared that if I don't pass I can't get a good job... I closed my eyes and started relaxing. And I don't know while relaxing when I fall asleep.

The next morning I woke up at 6.00 am, I took a bath and had my breakfast. Then I sat down to study on my own before the meeting starts. It was far better than joking and learning. Jim knocked on my door and I said 'come in', he asked me if I have any doubt. I said to him truthfully 'no'. He cleared all my doubts yesterday and I was ready to prepare on my own. At 8.30 am, I joined the meeting, we studied sincerely this time... We learned for seven hours with just ten minutes' pause in between... I was finally ready for my exam!
I packed my bag, had my dinner, set on my alarm. And went to bed. Fit to write the exam.
