Chapter - 134 - Support System

Steev's POV :

"Yes John, exactly. That's what I was trying to make you understand. Glad you understood.", I said. "Yes, I understood now. Why was I worrying, that much. I suddenly felt everything was over. But now I realised that it's just the beginning and we can still be friends. About falling in love or being in a relationship with her it will automatically happen if it meant to happen. Am I right?", Said John. " Yes John, you are absolutely right. This is what I too feel.", I replied.

"All thanks to you. For making me realise the reality.", John said. "No problem. It's common in between us right. When one is down or low the other one always motivates and brings that person up. Whenever I was in need you always motivated me so today was my chance.", I said. "Yes yes I completely agree with you Steev, sometimes you too speak sensible thing ah.", John said and started laughing. "Oh please, I always speak sensible thing it's not only today. Did you get that?", I said. "Okay okay sorry. I got it. Chill pill now.", he replied. "I am already chill. You need to be chill right now.", I said.

"Okay sir okay I listen to you and finally your therapy worked and I am doing great now, that's why you too calm down and don't be too excited now because tomorrow is the really big day for you my boy. Keep your excitement for tomorrow because tomorrow is something special for you.", he said. "I am excited and a bit nervous from inside.", I said. "Yes I can understand but don't worry, once you meet her everything will be fine.", he said. "Yes that's what I too feel. So tomorrow it is an official outing with her for me so you have to do something for me, and that is you have to select what cloth I need to wear and what perfume I should use and so on okay.", I said. "Yes definitely, I would do that if you would not say me also I was already waiting to help you out in that. So do not worry though I am not a pro in anything but I can suggest you some things.", he replied. "Yes sure, shall we sleep now. I will get up a bit early tomorrow.", I said. "Yes yes you are right. let's sleep then.", John replied. "Good night bro. Have sweet dreams.", I said. "Definitely, good night and have Shika's dreams.", he replied.

and then we went to sleep and as usual I would have some night thoughts before sleeping and that day I was getting very exciting thoughts such as we would Shikha and I go out what be the conversation between us and moreover I was feeling that we would be more closer after that meet because we would get a whole day to spend with each other and also you get to know each other even more better. I was just recalling the day one where we just met all of a sudden for a second time because the first time when I met her it was in the college and we all would be busy concentrating on our studies so other than something else was difficult that's why nothing happened there. But the next time when I met her there was something different feeling. I had literally forgotten that I had helped her during the college days and I was glad that she remembered that till date and she saw me walking on the road and came back to return the money to me and by seeing that I was really impressed and probably I fell for her over there. Life would be so unpredictable. I was just by my self and was not even remembering that I had a friend in college called Shika but suddenly life made us meet for the second time after years and then we built feelings for each other. It was a beautiful moment I felt. I was really hoping soon John too would get someone special in his life. Shika and I were officially not in a relationship but yet there was some kind of connection which I would always cherish in my heart. When I would imagine about Shika I would feel so happy and get a kind of feeling in which I feel that she was a small child who comes to me cutely and spends time with me. And when I got that thought I realised that my random thoughts started falling and it triggered me to not to think anymore. So quickly I stopped thinking somehow. That time I suddenly remembered that I had not yet taken my tablet. I wanted to take it before sleeping so that the next day I would wake up all fine and energetic. I slowly got up and turned on the light. I looked at John and realised he was asleep already. I slowly opened my wardrobe and took a tablet from that. I went to kitchen later and with the help of water i swallowed the tablet. And soon after that I turned off the light and once again layed down on my bed to sleep. And once after taking tablet for fever there was no chance for me to start thinking anything else because I would have no energy for that because I would feel too dizzy and quickly I would fall asleep. So I layed down peacefully and with a hope that I would wake up all fine and healthy I went to sleep. After falling asleep of course I would get good rest for my body as well as brain. I was glad that I got a peaceful sleep after a long and tough day. And having good rest was really important for me as the previous day did not go well and over that I was not even well as I had fever. So I thought of taking good rest. And then I fell asleep.

The next day when I woke up it was 7:00 a. m., I heard that the alarm was ringing and I realised due to the alarm tone I woke up.

When I looked at John, I saw that he was not laying on his bed, when I rolled my eyes around and checked for him I could hear some noise in the kitchen and then I realised he might be in the kitchen that's why I got up from my bed first. Then as soon as I got up I thanked my lord for a new beautiful day and then I went to the kitchen. There I saw that John was busy preparing something. " Hey John, good morning what are you busy preparing early in the morning?", I asked. Instead of answering anything he showed me his phone. When I looked at his phone he was on a video call with Sophia. I was really puzzled to see why early morning these people were on a video call and he was not even sitting on a particular place and talking to her, he was preparing something in the kitchen so I was really confused. " Hey, what's happening you are preparing something but she is on a video call, any issue?", I asked. John removed his earphones and said, look what I am preparing. I am preparing Pulau, and Sophia is guiding me how to prepare it.", he said very happily. Wow is it, that's great. Continue.. continue.. you enjoy preparing and I will enjoy eating.", I said. "Yes yes why not." he replied. I look that the phone in which Sophia was on a video call and I greeted her and said, "Good morning Sophia good to see you." "Hey good morning Steev, good to see you too.", Sophia replied. After that I gave a smile to John and then from there went to washroom to take shower and fresh up.

In half an hour I came out of the washroom, all fresh and fine. When I got up in the morning I was completely fine and energetic as I wished. I thanked lord for making me fit and fine once again.

As the time was passing my excitement was increasing more and more because I had to meet Shika that day. I was thinking which place we might go and so on. I was even thinking that what clothes might Shika wear. I was was happy that day because I was really curious to know how she might look because I had an Idea and an imagination that definitely she might try her best and look very beautiful that day. I actually had no problem with however she would look because looks never matters and it would never matter for me. Her behaviour, her nature and her thoughts were the ones that I loved first in her. Luckily she was really a very beautiful girl, just like and Angel. She was an angel for me. By the time I was done with my work I saw that John's pulau recipe was all most ready. "Steev, look within few minutes our yummy breakfast is going to be ready. Are you excited? I am excited a lot.", John said. "Yes ovbiously I am excited a lot. I am really hungry as well so it would be perfect.", I replied. "John, until this is getting ready I will prepare coffee for us.", I added. "Yeah sure, go ahead and prepare.", said John. "Yes I will.", I replied and then I started preparing coffee for both of us. When I was done preparing coffee for us our pulau was also ready. "Steev, pulau is ready. Let's let it rest for ten minutes and then we can have it. If we do so we can get it's complete flavours.", John said. "Yes John, sure. We can wait for ten minutes. No issues.", I replied. "Until then shall we stand outside?", said John. "Yeah sure, however if we stand here we might be bored.", I said. "Yes that's what I was thinking too.", said John. After that John and I went outside the house and stood there. We really liked walking outside the house as it was refreshing and calming experience for us.

Once we went out and stood over there I was noticing John that he was looking towards the lane which goes to Sophia's house. I really did not wanted to question him anything that's why I ignored that. And I didn't even go to ask him about the video call matter.. like how it all started how did he plan to prepare pulau for breakfast and so on. I just waited for him to share it with me.
