New Start

Leila's P.O.V

I smell the mixture of scents when I step off the plane, Beta Jeremiah was right I thought to myself as i made my way to the airport doors definately wolf central  "Leila baby!" I could hear my mum screaming from across the airport, I turn in her direction and then I see her running towards with a smile so big like a child on Christmas Day. She throws her arms around me almost crying "Oh I've missed you so much" I see alot of people watching this very embarrassing scene "Mum. O.k, its only been a couple of months. Calm down. People are watching us" mum let me go and quickly looked around "Sorry." she said as she held my shoulders giving me the once over, I saw her eyes widen as she got to my belly button, I was prepared for it but was kind of hoping it wouldn't be in an airport full of people "Leila Louise Black! What is in your belly button and who gave you permission to do that to your body!!!" she yelled in an authoritive  voice "Um first its a belly button ring, second I'm 17 mum, almost 18 and Uncle Jeremiah said i could" I saw mums' jaw tense "Did he just, well he wait till I see him next, I'll give him belly button ring Right to his NOSE!!!" I couldn't help but giggle as we started to walk to baggage claim "I think they're called nose rings mum" she turned her head towards me and smiled "Shut it smarty pant" we both giggled. We were driving through the city our new house was just outside of town near the beach and a place called Veluca Reserve, mum had told me on the phone it was a little further away so that i could still keep up with training and we only have to drive 30 minutes away to allow our wolves to run and be free. I couldn't help but be in awe, we have only ever lived in small towns so seeing high rise buildings and lights were new to me I wonder why Gamma Aaron chose the city for us I thought to myself as mum pulled into a car park "What are we doing?" I  said turning to mum "Well, I got a Job at Veluca Enterprises as their Marketing Director. I have to sign some contracts but I also asked if Beta Jeremiah and Gamma Aaron could bring our belongings through." I looked at mum shocked "Do they know about us?" I felt a panic attack coming on, mum quickly pulled me into her "No,n,n,n,no Sweetheart. They just know we lived with wolves, Alpha Edward called to say he will meet today to discuss" I started to calm down as i felt her rubbing my back Deep breaths  I heard my wolf saying in a calming tone Really! Your Trying to calm me down my wolf giggled at my question Well I'm turning a new leaf I couldn't help smiling as mum let me go "lets go, bring your art bag sweet p-, Heart" she continued hopping out of the car hoping i didn't hear but i felt the pinch in my heart as i closed my eyes, I pulled my bag out trying to not remember the last time my dad called me Sweet Pea, the night I lost everything, the night the strength and power of my wolf emerged. Mum wrapped my her arm around me as she guided me to a very big building it was built of only glass by what i can see. We walked through the double doors and met by security, he was young but very muscular i could tell by the power that emulated from him he was in somewhat of a leadership role in the pack, I would say Beta or Gamma in training no way would those titles be working on the door "Hello, do you have an appointment?" he asked as he walked towards us, mum stepped in front of me and held her hand out "Hello, my name is Jana Black, I'm here to meet with Mr Veluca to sign contracts" he shook mums' hand but he was looking at me smiling and stepped around mum holding his hand to me "Hey I'm Lucas, You are?" I smiled and took his hand "Leila" he still held my hand, he had a really cute smile and his eyes were deep blue, he must of had someone mind-link him because he stopped smiling and became very professional, then another person dressed the same as Lucas walking towards us "Good Afternoon Ms Black, Mr Veluca is expecting you. Could you please sign you and daughter in at the front desk and I will escort you both up-" he was leading us through the security barriers then looked over at Lucas his tone had a slight annoyance in it "Lucas, go and get Lucian and Isabel, Mr and Mrs Veluca are waiting for them" I looked back to Lucas he nodded at his orders and before he took off he smiled at me and winked, I smiled back at him but my head snapped forward as I heard the other guy clear his throat. Mum signed us in and we all stepped into the elevator, Gee this guy is such a Joy! I smile at my wolf's comment, the doors open and we step out, the guy stops in front of us and turns "Ms Black, Mr Veluca is waiting for you, I will escort Miss Black to the conference room to wait for you" he motioned mum to the doors behind him and then held his hand towards another set of doors "This way Miss Black." I smiled as I started walking towards the doors. It lead to a large room with a very large oval shaped wooden table and lots of chairs pushed in, he switched the lights on "Please make yourself comfortable can i get you drink?" he asked in a more friendly tone, "No, Thank you" I said shaking my head, "My name is Paul, please let Abby at the desk know if you need anything and she will call for me" I realised his hand was out to shake my hand I shook his hand and he smiled I saw his light brown eyes smiling back at me, "Thank you" I called out as he left. I turned towards the gigantic window behind me and saw an amazing view, the building was so tall that you could see almost the whole city, Lucky I'm not scared of heights i thought to myself as I sat down on the couch and pulled my art book out and my I-Pod out putting my headphones in, I scanned the playlists and realised Briar and Melissa these girls have been like my sisters since forever, added their music on it. I clicked on Briars' playlist as i knew it wouldn't be full of Metal or Rock like Melissa's, Briar's list was more pop. I opened my art pad and grabbed my pencil before I pushed play and the first artist was of Britney Spears her favourite artist, I giggled as I started to draw the view I was looking at. I wasn't sure how long I had been waiting for but i finished my drawing of the view, Pretty good Leila, I sat staring at my art work with admiration. The next song started 'Woman Like Me' by Little Mix and I smiled as I remembered Trinity, Raven, Melissa, Briar and I danced to it, My friends and I loved dancing and Raven and Trinity always choreographed dances, I reluctantly agreed but it was really fun to do something different and in all honesty with girls, I love my boys but sometimes some girly time can be amazing. I turned up the volume as the music started before long I felt my body moving to the beat as the moves came naturally, I closed my eyes and got lost in the song so lost that when someone pulled my headphones off me I heard my self sing "Can you fall for a woman like me?" I saw Paul holding my headphones, it was then that I realised I was on top of the wooden table "I can definately fall for you" I heard him get shoved behind me, I knew it was Lucas, I turned and saw two other people standing there a tall slim girl with short black hair with red tips, she had sparkling green eyes and was wearing a black jumpsuit and black leather Jacket she was laughing, there was a tall guy with her he must of shoved Lucas because he shifted his angry eyes from him to me he was so gorgeus his Forest green eyes sparkled and his dimples got deeper as he smiled, they quickly disappered when we heard a man clear is throat we all turned towards the door and standing there was my mum and a larger muscular man with a beard standing in a suit his green eyes were fixed on me next to him was a tall blonde haired lady wearing a beautiful blue sequinned strapless dress and a white faux fur cape she was smiling at me. I felt the heat rise in my cheeks and I could hear my wolf laughing I imagine her rolling around inside in hysterics, I slowly move to the side where Paul was "Oh, s**t! Mr Veluca I am really sorry, I just zoned out!" I almost slipped when Paul caught me, I swear I heard a growl come the other side of the room, I saw the girl and Lucas look at the taller guy and when I went to thank Paul he looked a bit worried at touching me. I quickly grabbed my headphones and bag when I heard the girl speak "That's the best thing I have seen in ages, that's the most use that tables had in ages" she giggled as the taller guy looked at her "Isabel!" he said sternly. I really thought Mr Veluca would yell at me instead he smiled "That's o.k dear, I'm glad you were on that table and not the glass table" at that everyone laughed, I was red as a beetroot and looked at mum with a Please save me look, she nodded and turned to Mr and Mrs Veluca "Thank you Mr Veluca, I'll see you Monday, Come on Sweet heart we should get going" she placed her arm around me and headed to the elevator and pushed the button. Oh why is it taking so long I thought not daring to turn around I just kept my head down "Ms Black, Remember your friends must be gone by first light Thursday Morning, No later!!!" Mr Veluca called out as the doors opened, I saw mum nod as we stepped in. When the doors closed I closed my eyes and slid to the ground "Kill me now !" I exclaimed "I am so embarrassed" I did a fake cry, mum knelt down "Sweet heart its fine, I'm sure they will forget by tomorrow" I gave mum a look and she laughed "you should have seen the Alpha's face, I literally thought he would die" she laughed pulling me to my feet "Yeah Mum, Funny, then his Son would kill me for being the reason his father died!!" I crossed my arms and leant against the wall "Well, I'm sure about that Sweet Heart, I think he's a fan on yours, I know Lucas and Paul are, they couldn't stop staring at you". Mum continued teasing me until we got to the car. We drove to a Chinese Takeaway place "I ordered dinner, I'll just pick it up then we can go home" Mum hopped out, I was still feeling embarrassed so I leant back in my chair and tried to forget the events that just happened. I realised I had dozed off when Mum came to a complete stop, "We're here Sweetie" I looked out and saw a gorgeus two story Victorian style brick house, immaculate design gardens, I hopped out of the car "So? What do you think?" Mum asked excitedly I smiled at her "Its' beautiful Mum, do we have furniture?" I asked her as she grabbed dinner and I pulled my suit case out of the boot. We started walking to the front door "Yes some, we will be sleeping rough tonight and tomorrow but at least we are together. Jeremiah and that are bringing our things Wednesday so we will be settled by the weekend" she opened the door and I saw a beautiful stair case encassed up the wall, Mum placed her keys in a bowl that sat on the end table by the door "Come through to the kitchen Sweetie, we'll eat and I'll show you around, I also have a surprise for you" I left my suitcase at the foot of the stairs then followed her to the back of the house, the kitchen was big, white farmhouse style, mum placed the takeaway on the table and started unpacking it, I sat down at the table and mum handed me chopsticks, the smell of the Chinese made me hungry "So how did your meeting go?" I asked in between chews mum smiled as she sipped her wine "Good, signed my contracts, really good enumeration" mum picked up her chop sticks and started eating fried noodles "Alpha Edward has allowed Beta Jeremiah and Beta Aaron to bring our things but they must be gone by sunrise." I looked disappointed with that but at least I get to spend a little time with them. After dinner mum showed me around the house, my room had an ensuite and a balcony that lead outside, It was amazing even with out furniture but i still felt sad, I opened my suitcase and pulled out my box, before my dad died he had this made for me and asked Mafalda our Witch Friend to hold on it for me, When i turned 15 she found me and gave it to me. I placed it next to the air mattress mum had made up for me when there was a knock on my door, mum peered in "Sweetie, I have a surprise for you, meet me out in the back yard" I nodded as she left, I grabbed my bag, I went through it Oh no I left my art pad at the Office I slapped my forehead how could i be stupid......

Lucian's P.O.V

I was waiting at the entrance of our Pack house waiting for my sister "Come on Izzy, It's bad enough they won't let us drive there, I don't to be late!" I yelled with urgency in my voice, I know our dad hated tardiness when it comes to us and yet Isabel always ran late, I grabbed my leather jacket standing by the door when I heard her at the top of the stairs "Why are you rushing me big bro? Do you think looking this good is easy to perfect-" she started walking down the stairs "besides Lucas is late" she stopped at the bottom of the stairs and turned for me to put her jacket on her when the door opened "Hey, sorry I'm late, I was trying to flirt with this girl, man she is beautiful-" I grabbed his shirt "You mean to tell me that some no body was more important then seeing me??" I pretended to be hurt Lucas looked at me and punched me "It;s not like that Bro, You know that, I've missed you" he pulled me into a hug. It was good to be home after 2 years away at college I am glad to be done with it and back in my own stomping ground. "Wow! Your bromance is always fun to watch but Lucian we really must go" Isabel said looking at us with urgency. I pushed Lucas out the door and walked towards the Company S.U.V, he ran to the back door and opened it, I let Isabel go first "Why Thank you" she said before hopping in and shuffling over, I sat next to Isabel and pulled my phone out, Damn 5 missed calls from Sophia she'll be pissed  Isabel looked at my phone "You know big brother, you could do better than Sophia. I know you have been together since you were 15 but she's not your mate!" Isabel was touching up her lipstick "Izzy, I haven't found her yet and to be honest I'm content with Sophia-" before i could continue Lucas started babbling on about some girl he saw at the company, I half arse listen while flicking Sophia a text Hey babe, sorry for missing your calls but will ring you tonight, I'm heading to meet my parents now o.k I went to put my phone away when it went off, a message from Sophia Babe I don't like being ignored but you better ring me and make it up to me real good when I get home Thursday. Love you Baby xx I thought about texting her back then but Isabel grabbed my phone "Please don't, we need to talk about your official inauguration. Now I was thinking we could invite all of the Packs, just to let them know you are in charge now-" I held my hand up to stop her "Isabel, We will only have the Alpha's, Beta's and Gamma's present with the Pack's Luna's. This is how its always been done, you know this" since my 21st birthday she keeps trying to turn this inauguration into a big party but we have always followed tradition and we will continue it. I saw her slump back in the chair crossing her arms pouting "But you can organise a party and invite who ever you want for afterwards Izzy" she let out a squeal before throwing her arms around me "Yay, Thank You big brother". We pulled apart when we stopped outside the company. Paul was standing outside the entrance "Hey Bro its' been a long time" I smiled as I saw  my bestfriend waiting for me, this is why he is my Beta, "Hey, I am glad to be home-" Lucas came running up to us "Is she still here?" he asked with hope in his voice, Paul looked at him "Who?" he asked looking confused "My future wife, Leila Black." Isabel rolled her eyes as she continued to walk through the doors, Paul and I looked at each other before i slapped the back of his head, "Why are you my Gamma again??" i questioned him, Paul just shrugged but turned to Lucas who was rubbing the back of his head "Yes, She is in the conference room waiting for her mum!". Isabel held the doors open while we jumped in, there was a little chit chat catching up when the doors opened. When we got out I could hear this sexy voice coming from the conference room, with out looking at Abby and still staring at the door I said "Abby, What's going on in the conference room?" Abby came running around the desk "Sorry Young Alpha Lucian, its Miss Black, she's been singing and dancing for the last few minutes, I believe she maybe on the table" I started walking to the door, I could hear Isabel and Lucas whispering behind me. I turned the door handle and slowly opened it then I saw her, on the conference table dancing, we all quietly walked in and stood behind her, I could smell sweet strawberry and chocolate with a hint of fresh roasted coffee beans. I stood their stunned she was beautiful and sexy, her dancing, the way she moved her hips was sultry and sexy, I could feel my wolf inside me Sexy, Sexy, Sexy Go Lucian Go Get Her!, Claim Her!! She's Mine, Mine, Mine.....MATE!!!! he yelled I let a small growl leave my lips, Isabel was looking at me side ways, She is sexy but with moves like that I won't be the first between her legs, just look at how she moves. I saw both Paul and Lucas watching her with lust in their eyes and all I wanted to do was rip their heads off, I started to feel my anger rise when the door swung open and we saw my parents and I'm guessing her mum standing their with shocked looks. Paul quickly ran to the other side and quickly pulled off her headphones, she was still singing when Lucas the jack ass said still staring at her with lust in his eyes "I can definately fall for you" my instincts kicked in and I shoved him, She turned towards us and although she was red and embarrassed I wanted to take her there and then and claim her, I didn't care that our parents were here nor my Beta or Lucas the jackass. She was mumbling apologies to my dad when she almost slipped off the table, Paul caught her and with out meaning to I growled now this time they heard me, I mind-linked Paul "Get your F**ken hands off her. She's Mine!" Paul quickly placed her down gently. Dad said something to her but I was too busy trying to stop myself from going to her, I wanted her but I think she's human, I would need to approach a little softer. She never looked back but I could still feel her presence. Mum and Dad walked in and closed the door, Mum came running to me and kissed my cheeks, "My son has finally come home, Now tell me what was with the growl" then i realised they were all looking at me with inquisitive looks "She's my Mate" I said, Lucas was the only one looking a bit put out of place, Mum and Isabel were grinning from ear to ear, I know its' because they don't like my girlfriend Sophia she is the daughter of the Alpha from the Fire Stone Pack, his son will become Alpha and he has always wanted Sophia to be our Luna so that he could have us as his allies for ever, Mum and Dad have never trusted the Fire Stone Pack nor their want for Power. Dad smiled at me then pointed to the chairs "Before we go for dinner I would like to discuss a few matters" we all sat down at the table "First I have spoken to the Alpha's of the 4 other Packs discussing postponing your inauguration until after your sister's 18th all but one agreed-" Paul was the first to speak "Let me guess, Fire Stone" dad nodded before continuing "I believe Isabel will plan a party for afterwards, at this party we will also announce Beta Paul Judd and Gamma Lucas Marsh will also be the new leaders of Blood Stone Pack" the three of us looked at us, one more month and we will become the leaders, this is something we have trained for our whole lives. Dad stood up at this point walking to the couch, he picked up an art pad and started to look out the window and back at the drawing "Jana Black and Leila are great friends of Beta Jeremiah Smith and Gamma Aaron Jones, their Pack Oceanside Pack was decimated by a cruel Selfish Alpha from the North, those that survive now live amongst the Tawoomba Tribe, they will arrive at sunrise Wednesday and will need to be gone from our territory by Sunrise Thursday-" he turned and looked in my direction starting to walk towards me with the pad "I will need you to keep an eye on that situation and make sure they leave, Do not under any circumstances interfere but keep watch, but if any of these wolves are still here when the sun is up, imprison them" we knew this not as an order but as a test to make sure we can keep our Pack and town safe. "Who is coming?" Paul asked as dad handed me the art pad " the Beta his wife and their two children, Gamma and his wife and two children, they are also bringing two other children who were orphaned and young Zeta Raven she is a very close friend to Leila, remember boys Do not interfere in their reunion but keep a close eye n the situation" I closed the art pad and looked at dad and nodded. Mum quietly stood "Well now that Pack business is over can we please go for dinner" dad smiled at mum as she held out her hand "If my darling wishes-" he walked to mum and kissed her hand "Boys will you be joining us?" dad asked not looking at Paul and Lucas, this time Lucas spoke "No Alpha we should go back to the Pack house and start preparing for our security detail on the Black family, but Thank you and also to you Luna Celeste for the invite" Isabel looked at Lucas shocked, he's usually a clown and mucks around but when it comes to his Gamma duties he is always professional and will work until the last second, that's why he's my Gamma. Dad looked proudly at him and nodded. Dinner was quiet all I could think about Leila, I think my parents knew i was preoccupied as they carried most of the conversations through out dinner.

I fell on my bed and checked my phone another two missed calls from Sophia i decided to text her Hey sorry can't ring have Pack business to tend to, be off grid for couple of days as dad has asked we take care of something for him. See you Thursday night. Send.... I quickly put phone on silent so i didn't have to deal with her, when Paul walked into my room "Hey, So Leila aye?" I sat up on my bed while he sat on my chair, I grinned and my heart started skipping just at the sound of her name "Cool Bro! Just know Lucas is a little heart broken-" he giggled as he crossed his arms "On a serious note though tread carefully with Sophia, you know what her and her family are like" I saw his concern in his face "I know, I will talk to her when she gets back, I have to be honest with her, Leila is my mate, My Luna, My life" Paul was satisfied with my answer and held his hand out for our bro shake I stood up and grabbed his hand we pulled each other in for a hug still holding our hands together and we tapped each others back's with our other hand before letting go "Its' good to have you back bro!" and he left my room. I took my clothes off leaving my boxers on laid back on my bed, picked up Leila's art pad and started looking at her drawings My sweet darling Leila, how I can't wait to kiss every inch of your body, be inside you, love you and protect. I can't wait to make you mine forever and claim you so that no other can touch or harm you. You are Mine now Only Mine!!!!
