Chapter 55
My feet are firmly planted in the ground as chaos erupts around me. I’m surrounded by the sounds of fierce growling, screams of agony, flesh tearing, bones breaking and shouts coming from every direction. Some choose to fight in wolf form, while other wield weapons or prefer fighting in their human skin. Yet, my feet remain planted.
I don’t know why, I have trained for this. Ryker taught me how to defend myself the moment I arrived at Blue Moon. I know what to do, what I should be doing, but something paralyzes me as I take in the events unfolding around me.
So here I stand, in the middle of a battlefield, watching as everyone fights for their life.
Not a single wolf approaches me, all more focused on trying to take down the Alphas and Betas, going for the biggest threats
