Chapter 18 Emma Jane woke up the next morning as energized as if she'd already had several cups of coffee. At first, she didn't remember where she was or why she was so alert, but when she rolled in bed and felt a warm soft body next to her, the events of the previous day flooded back. She rolled back over, absently scratching her arm as she snuggled closer to Vanessa's warmth.
