Taken from his home at a very young age, Saul doesn't remember much of anything. Only that through the dark, the pain, the screams and the smell of death, Hest was always there. Enduring fight after fight, and change after change has taken its toll on Saul's body and mind, he grew up in the ring, and he thought he would die there as well. Until one day the warehouse is raised and the wolves are freed by a mysterious pack. No names were given, no friendly words exchanged, just more darkness, unable to change back into human form the rescuers deem him too dangerous and he is sent to live free on pack lands deep in the wilds.
