I lost her, I f*****g lost her. When I saw her stepping out of that SUV, she looked beautiful.
Her darker hair suited her fair skin and green eyes. Her eyes were vibrant, with a spark and light that I had never seen in them.
Then out of the SUV, a guy stepped out. He was tall, lean, ash blonde hair, brown eyes. He was well built, but not overly muscular. Did she really think she could trade me for that? I am f*****g far better looking and overall a better specimen. What the f**k.
I stepped out of my rental, and she froze on the spot. The guy stood tall behind her, but surprisingly he didn't jump in.
