I stepped into the car with my dad, driving back to Aunt Claudia´s place. My dad was livid. I have never seen him like this before. My cool, composed, keep it together, laid-back dad was a mess. Every so often he punched the steering wheel and gritted his teeth in desperation.
“Dad…” I tried to get him to talk. I have no idea what is going on, but it seems pretty serious. My dad pulled away from the road and parked in front of a restaurant. It was odd because we were supposed to be heading back to aunt Claudia´s place.
