Chapter thirty five: Jiero Saved the Day

Silver Cassano hugged Alina tightly, soon as he was able to do it. He cannot believe he managed to find her. Earlier, as they stroll around the whole forest, checking the surrounding and killing low-leveled beasts, the birds flew away in a certain direction. The wind started to move frantically as the trees danced in panic. “There's a fight happening near us,” said Silver. “H-Huh? A fight?” Yohanna asked. Silver equipped a special gloves, and started to climb at the top of a tree. When he was finally at the top, he looked at the whole surrounding. The forest was vast. It looked like a wide floor of sea, only that it is greener and filled with different forms of leaves. Not far from where they were, a burst of light and darkness appeared just behind the length and deepness of the trees. He immediately went back down to Yohanna who was waiting at him patiently. “Quick, we're going to look at the players who were having a fight,” he said. “Wh-Why?” Yohanna asked. “Isn't it our goal is to be safe and stay away of the danger? If we are going there, then probably, we're going to put ourselves in danger again,” she continued. “But . . . the people fighting over there are players with dark and light properties of power. The last time I saw Alina . . .” Silence fell in between of them. Silver did not finish whatever he was about to tell, for he was also uncertain of what they will be seeing over the course. “F—Fine, let's go over there.” Finally, Yohanna gave consent. She sighed, for she didn't actually wanted to fight or to witness another fight. But if it was about finding Silver's partner, then she would gladly join. Silver smiled, thankful with what Yohanna said. Both of them equipped their weapons, items, and battle sets. As they rushed towards where the fight was happening, what they first saw was how Alina are trying to fight a man who were only but entertained with her suffering. Silver hadn’t made any hesitation. He immediately jumped out of the tree, and wildly s***h the whip in his hands. The man saw it, and made another circle of symbols that would protect his back. But the whip were stronger. Even if Silver wasn't able to put a cut at the man (for the circular symbol had obstructed), but still the force of his whip had hammered him down to the ground. Yohanna followed him and made a clump of cloud at the sky. From the cloud, a lightning had appeared and stroked the man who were at the ground, causing him to fell unconscious. It was then when Alina realized that Silver was already at her front. It was then when they had a dramatic hugging of each other, relieved of the fact that they were all both safe. “Are you okay?” Silver asked. “I am. And I feel better.” Alina brushed the tears off of her cheeks. Silver then looked back at Yohanna. He then realized that the woman was looking at the man they just blew with their attacks. “Yohanna, do you know him?” he asked. Yohanna looked at him and nodded palely. “H-He is Leandro,” she said, “M-My partner.” “Is he your partner?” Alina asked her. Then he looked at Silver. “We should stay away of them. They are horrible people!” Alina exclaimed. “I—I am not!” Yohanna said, shaking her head, pale, and afraid. “P-please don't leave me here.” Her begging had made Silver told Alina that it was okay. “Yohanna had helped me a lot. She was a good person.” Alina, unsatisfied and doubting, told, “but they were partners! She must have been hiding something from us! Don't you know how horrible that man you just assaulted? He was—” Silver hugged him. “Shh . . . It’s okay. Yohanna did not hesitate to help me to interfere and assault that man. She is a good woman.” Yohanna stepped and walked towards them, careful and afraid that Alina might burst from her emotions, and would try to attack her. “I—I am not comfortable being around here, please. C—Can we talk somewhere away of . . . of him?” She then looked at the man who was still unconscious. To Leandro. “We should have,” Silver told. “We have to leave him here and get away before he could wake up.” Yohanna slowly went towards Alina who was sulking at Silver's body. She led her hands and told, “I am Yohanna. I—I can totally understand you and your situation.” She turned her stare to the ground. “I . . . happened to tolerate her s****l abuse to . . . to make . . . to . . .” Tears started to fall at her cheeks. She sobbed as her body shook from the trauma that was coming back to her, haunting her. “It's okay,” Alina said. “If you are not comfortable telling us what had happened, you don't have to. Long as Silver was trusting you, I would—” “No!” Silver and Alina were both shocked with what happened next. Silver broke from his hug and Alina started to wield her Airbow. “Uh-uh, do not come near if you don't want to see her dying in your front.” Leandro smiled. It was the similar smile he was displaying that would annoy everyone. Wrapped around his arms, is Yohanna. One of Leandro’s hands was covering Yohanna's mouth. She was trying to scream, trying to ask help, but his hand had kept her voice. “What do you want, man? You left Yohanna right? But why are you getting him back?” Silver asked. Leandro pouted annoyingly, and replied, “because I need a squishy slave.” What Silver saw had made him burn with furious emotion. Leandro’s hand travelled at Yohanna's chest, and squeezed her breast enjoyingly. Silver had different experiences with different woman. He had to admit it. It was what he was doing just to forget that traumatic scene he had experienced in the past. To forget all of his pains. But all of those were of with their consent. It was indeed, a bad and sinful thing to have experience with other different woman, but what is more sinful is to sexually abuse a woman who had given no consent. Yohanna was crying. Terrified. Begging to help her. ‘I—I never knew this was the kind of torture she was experiencing,’ Silver thought. “No nearing, or else I won't hesitate to kill this useless woman.” “Give her back to us! You don't deserve to have a partner!” “I do! I deserve a partner in bed! I deserve a—” Leandro's eyes tilted, leaving Silver to see only its white. The hands wrapped around Yohanna slowly eased off. The strength escaped at him. When Yohanna felt that she can escape, he did so. Leandro fell again to the ground, unconscious, remnants of thunder was zapping at his body. A pair of feet landed just beside the now unconscious and lying on the ground Leandro. His face was emotionless as he held his electric trident spear. He was the reason why Leandro was now down and not moving. “Jiero,” whispered Alina. It was, for the second time, that Jiero had saved the day. Again.
