As these questions were running through their heads, they didn’t notice that the ground beneath them was moving. Before they knew it, it was too late. It engulfed their bodies and encased them in stone. The next thing that she did was move and say something in Latin, and then they all watched as a Shimmering Glow enclosed round them completely and then disappeared from their sight.
Jose was scared to death at this point and didn’t know what to do. She tried to get up and run but was blocked by Scarlet. Falling to the ground and trying to scamper away.
