SarahSarah left the children at home with Caleb. That day, she was going to visit Louise. She took Lucas with her. At two-months-old, Sarah felt more comfortable taking him to the village.
She pulled into the parking lot and quickly found a spot. She turned the engine off and then proceeded to unlock Lucas’ capsule to carry him in to meet Louise. “We’re going to meet your Granny Louise,” she cooed. “She’s a very special friend of Mommy’s.”
Sarah smiled as Lucas looked back up with her with his big bright eyes.
She walked around to the front of the building and signed in at reception. “How is she today?” Sarah asked of Louise.
“Mr. Burns is already in there with her,” the woman said with a smile.
