Chapter 21
LEO I slip into a dark cave that smells like what, exactly, I’m not sure, but it’s not all that pleasant. Something like old dust and rotten garbage. I crash into a skeleton leaning against the wall in the mouth of the cave. The dry bones comes scattering to the ground. For a brave man who is afraid of nothing, I startled. As my eyes start to adjust in the darkness, I become aware of the noises around me, quaking and chattering sounds of rodents. The cave is infested with big rats, cockroaches and rodents feasting on skulls. Skulls and bones are littered on the ground like it’s a dead end zone for everyone that have been in here. Did George mislead me? I feel like I’ve been lured into a death trap. I left the hunt discreetly to find Si’s Coven in order to avoid being followed by the
