Meanwhile... Crystal was riding her bike to go to campus. She was so excited about facing the first day of the new academic period. She didn't know that she had just left two men in the workshop who really wanted her. She parked her bike while looking around. She saw a lot of people and a lot of cars, but she didn't see the yellow sports car that she had seen the last time when she was there. She didn't think about the handsome guy at all for several days, but she automatically remembered him when standing in the campus parking area. She was a little bit disappointed because the sports car which was the same color as her bike wasn't there, but she didn't want it to ruin her day. She held her sling bag and walked through the hallway to find her class room. Crystal met a lot of new people and she made new friends that day. Daniela and Nellie were her new friends and both of them one year younger than her. They were fresh graduates, had just graduated that year and going to university in the same year. Only a year gap between her and her new friends, because Crystal had entered elementary school under the age. Daniela and Nelly were friends before they met Crystal. Their houses were in the same area, but they didn't through childhood together. Nelly moved to that town a few years ago. Their houses were not far from the campus and they suggested Crystal join them to hang out at Daniela's house after class. They were walking to get out of the campus and they saw a handsome guy getting out of the yellow sports car. Yes, he was the man who Crystal had seen for the first time she was on campus. He had just arrived, they had different lecture times. Crystal's heart was beating so fast when she saw him. She threw her eyes at her bike's tire. She wanted to avoid knowing about him. She was so afraid that a seed of love would sprout in her heart, she felt that she wasn't ready for it. She thought that it wasn't the perfect time. She wanted to focus on her education. She remembered how her body reacted the first time she saw him. Actually, her body gave the same reaction at that time but she wanted to avoid it. "He's Christian, right?" Nellie asked Daniela while glancing at the handsome guy. "Yes he is, he's in the third year right now." Danniela was nodding her head and looking at the Christian. Crystal's new friends were talking about Mr. Charming. It made her know his name. Actually, she wanted to know more about him, but she held it. She also hoped her new friends would stop talking about him. She worried if Christian, the guy that she just knew his name, would notice they were talking about him. She had never shown her feelings for a guy before. But she also couldn't hold her curiosity to know about him. "Third year?" Crystal closed her lips so tight after she said those words. She felt that her lips betrayed her and she couldn't retake her words. Her new friends heard her question so clearly. Fortunately, they had passed Christian. He was out of their sight, he walked to his class. It made her more relieved. "Yes, he's our senior but in a different major." Daniela answered her question. It seemed she knew a lot about Christian, but Crystal didn't want to know more. She didn't want to know how she knew about him or anything else about him. "Uhm." Crystal was nodding her head while still closing her lips so tightly. She didn't want her lips to betray her again. She wanted them to change their topic. Although, a small part of her mind wanted to know more about him. "I'm hungry, let's buy some meals first before going to my house." Daniela said to her friends. Crystal was relieved that Daniela changed their topic. “Sounds great! I’m starving. How about pasta?” Nellie suggested her idea while glancing at Daniela. “Pasta? I think there is not even a place selling it on the way to my house. How about fried chicken? There is a place selling it on our way to my house.” Daniela said to Nellie. She wanted to use a lot of energy to get their meals. “But I want pasta.” Nellie didn’t want to give up. “But we need to walk to the opposite way to get it.” Daniela looked at Nellie while walking. She wanted to make Nellie realize their position and Daniela didn’t want to use her energy just for pasta. Crystal still closed her lips and let her new friends discuss what foods they would buy. She never minded if it would be pasta or fried chicken or something else, but her friends were still debating until they reached the campus gate. She glanced at Daniela and Nellie to observe the conditions and she was sure they wouldn’t end their debate until they reached Daniela’s house. She didn’t know if a debate was their habit or not, but she thought if her friends didn’t get a deal they wouldn’t have any meal. Daniela and Nellie’s action took Crystal’s mind from Christian. Crystal wanted to give them a solution. She felt that their action became annoying. “How about pizza? I’ll order it for us?” Crystal suggested to them an idea to give them a win-win solution. “Pizza?! Sounds great!” Daniela agreed with Crystal. She opened her eyes wider and looked at Crystal. “Pizza…” Nellie was nodding her head. She thought that pizza was better than fried chicken and she would be okay with pizza. “I’ll also order pasta for you from that place.” Crystal said while looking at her phone, ready to order. “Thanks, Crystal!” A smile was blossoming on Nellie’s lips. She felt happy she got what she wanted and Crystal was also happy they ended their debate. They continued their journey to Daniela’s house with calm, no more debate...
