CHAPTER ELEVEN As Sadie and the sheriff arrived back at Jane Winters’s cabin, Pete was just leaving with the woman’s body—or what was left of it—in a body bag, ready to go to the morgue. He passed the keys to Cooper, who passed them to Sadie. “Have a look around; I’ll wait outside for the hunt to arrive. Don’t lose those keys; we haven’t located any next of kin yet and there doesn’t seem to be a spare set.” Sadie nodded at him and was about to enter the cabin when she spotted Bobby Carson through the window.
