In an era of growing tensions and fading alliances, the possibility of war was not going unnoticed. The royal families of Irune were beginning to scheme, plotting to overthrow the oppressive rule of the Felcivyck dynasty.

After losing his family and home in an ambush, young Roger Petragard turned to the House of the Ebony Crows, an obscure organization of assassins and spies. He trained under their wing in hopes of finding the perpetrators of his family's murder and slay with his own blade.

Years later, Roger was given his first assignment to gain the trust of Venus Granger, a wealthy socialite whose actions seem to gain the attention of the Dynasty and the attempts on her life that came after.

What should've been an easy task began to escalate into madness, as Roger follows Venus down a deep web of conspiracies and politics, mysterious organizations and espionage, romance and vengeance.
