EPISODE 19

The guns were now aimed at her, “don’t shoot!” Lindsey got out and stopped the men for aiming at Holly, she looked up at Holly but just as she was about to begin her questioning. A howl stopped everyone.   “What the hell…  boys look sharp, grab your weapons.” Lindsey gave the men with her orders before giving Holly a look, turning to one of her officers, “watch over her, don’t let her leave your site and make sure no harm comes to her.” “what, no!” Holly argued back as she heard what Lindsey said, “you can’t tell me what to do.” Lindsey walks up to Holly until she was barely a few inches away. “Actually, I can, because whether you like it or not, I am your Aunt and your legal guardian. I might put up with you staying in your fathers house and doing god knows what but not this.” She turned back to the officer she spoke to before, “don’t let her leave your sight.”   With those words said she marched into the woods to go up against the monster and hopefully save the boys who had made the call.   In the woods Jay was struggling to make it back to his feet. He had just realized two things, running here without a plan was dumb and two wolf John was strong as hell. The roars from his brother who was now rushing to him on all fours brought him out of his thoughts enabling to grab a plank of wood - which came from one the trees his brother had flung him into- and smashed it into to his head causing John to be stunned.   “Hah”, Jay was happy for a moment until he saw his brother’s eyes. John let out a low growl, “okay in hindsight, I see that was a bad idea” Jay spoke as he sped away just in time as John pounced at him before delivering s hit to John’s ribs which caused a sickening crunch followed by a whimper.   “Okay I admit I did some stuff so how about we put this all behind us and I buy you some dog treats on the way back.” John growled out in response, “I’ll take that as a no” was all Jay managed to say before having to hold John back who was now clawing at him and trying to bite his head off.   Lindsey and her men had entered the woods, and had discovered a blood trail and began following after it. They soon came in contact with Chad who was out cold, lying amongst the leaves and covered with blood with a leg missing. Lindsey went down to check for a pulse, letting out a sigh of relief as she felt a pulse, faint but a pulse nonetheless.   “Get him to the hospital”, the rest of you split up what ever did this is probably still around. The men around her gave a nod and grabbed their weapons rushing to search around.   With the brothers, Jay was standing before Jay with a few claw marks here and there with his shirt ripped through by John’s claws, he had been avoiding John’s teeth as much as possible because almost all fiction he had read with wolves and vamps said the bite was deadly to him, and although he didn’t fully trust the books all that much. I mean come on, he sure as hell had a reflection and did not sparkle in the sun, although he would take that over burning in the sun any day, point is he wasn’t about to test that theory with his life.   Jay held his shirt having a closer look at it, well what remained of it today before taking it off while sighing, “come on John that was my favorite shirt, bad dog.” His words seem to anger John even more, as he stood on his hind legs and began trading blows.   The fight hadn’t lasted long as soon Jay was on his back with John above him with his saliva dripping down unto Jay’s face. “ew, okay time out. That’s just gross bro” Jay spoke up with a tone of disgust.  John rushed to bite down but suddenly stiffened with Jay watching him in confusion as John fell on his side right by him.   Jay looked at his brother who had reverted back to his human form for a while before looking into the distance where a figure stood with a g*n aimed. The figure came closer revealing herself to be none other than Holly, “wolfsbane, that should keep him under for a while.” She spoke before taking a closer look at Jay who lying on the ground half n***d with all his wounds healed.   “like what you see.” Jay spoke with a cocky grin on his face, Holly rolled her eyes at his antics “need a hand?” “oh, I’m good, just stargazing” with his words Holly looked up only to see the canopy of leaves created by the trees being so close to one another before looking back at Jay, who only pointed to his eyes and spoke two words “vampire vision”.   Holly was about to speak up when she heard sounds, Jay heard the sounds as well and quickly got to his feet confused. “s**t they’re coming” “who?” Jay asked confused. “the same people who were hunting you down the last time, we’ve got to go now” Jay nodded and grabbed John and Holly and speeding out of there arriving at Holly’s car.   Holly let go and put her g*n back in her car before rushing to the car which she was supposed to be in which had one officer who was knocked out. Jay seeing this, was absolutely confused “what the…” “I’ll explain later but you’ve got to go, hurry before they get back.” Jay hesitated looking as though he wanted to ask a question before deciding against it and speeding out of there leaving Holly alone with the knocked out officer.
