FALL OF ASTERA (III)

"So,we end this today" Doom said and rushed towards the duo. They both evaded the attack and instantly transformed into their Supernatural forms.

Alfred rushed towards Doom and tackled him. The latter was so strong that he grabbed the wolf and flipped him over.

Christine muttered a binding spell and shot beams of energy towards Doom. As the beams hit him,he stood transfixed to the spot he was on. She smiled,knowing that she had him.

She forged a sword made of pure light and rushed towards him. She swung it and made to decapitate him but a hit from another Doom on the right sent her crashing.

She got up and stared at him and was dazed to see the stationary Doom had disappeared and there was another Doom standing tall.

"Bastard,how fast are you?" She questioned.

"Fast enough to end you right now" he replied and sped towards her. As he got a few feet from her,he slowed down and Alfred came in from the right,sending him to the ground.

He got up and frowned,then smiled,admitting their tactics and team work.

"I really admire your team work" he said and advanced slowly.

"But it won't be enough. I am unstoppable" he continued and snapped.

The air began to stir and twist,creating a whirlwind which lifted Alfred. Christine used her own magic to stir a whirlwind which collided with Doom's and disbanded it.

Unfortunately,she had been caught off guard by Doom who lifted her and slammed her on the ground. Alfred attacked from behind,digging his claws into his neck. He grabbed the latter and smashed him on the floor.

His teeth began to spark with lightning as he growled.

"What the hell are you doing?" Alfred asked.

"Can't you see?" "Well,I'm about to end you!" He yelled and brought his head down.

Just in the nick of time,the couple were teleported off his trap and were a few feet from him.

"Thanks" Alfred told Christine who spurted blood form her mouth.

"You're welcome honey. Let's just end this s**t" she replied. Doom got up,blinded with rage. He already shut her teleportation off but she still teleported. Then,he saw her bleed and smiled. She was becoming weak and he now had his chance.

"Just one move" he told himself.

His eyes were already bloodshot and his thirst for blood increased.

Alfred had Christine on his back and began to run. He ran as fast as he could but still,he could not outrun Doom who was already beside him.

With just one hit,he was rolling on the floor and Christine also crashed. He got up immediately after and checked on Christine. She was already weak and was barely breathing.

"Christine. You're going to be alright" he assured and looked back. Doom was now standing tall and dangerous. There was no way he could stop him but he needed to try even if he was going to die.

"Doom,I would end you" he said and raised a heap of dust. Using that as disguise,he ran behind Doom and launched his claws and teeth.

Doom swayed and caught him with ease.

"It is just a pity that my wonderful scape goats would have to die together" he said and tightened his grip on his neck.

"Do it,kill me" Alfred dared.

"No..but I know what to do" he replied and smashed him onto the floor. Snapping his fingers,both Alfred and Christine fell unconscious.

"Useless Supernaturals" he said and frowned,using telekinesis to lift them.

"Now that this is done,it is time for Astera to fall" he said,advancing at the kingdom.

Suddenly,there was an explosion. One that threw him off his feet,followed by the rumbling and quaking of the ground.

"It is done" he muttered.

The Titan stood tall,then turned and its gaze landed on the guys.

"We've been spotted. Let's attack now" AJ instructed and they all jumped out of their hiding. Drake and Drex went right. Sharon and AJ went left while Sallah took the frontal attack.

He rushed towards the Titan and raised his scythe,bringing it down on its leg. The Titan bent and made to catch him but he was fast enough to dodge and use the blunt part of his scythe to hit the leg,causing it to lose balance.

The Titan roared and grabbed him,tossing him at the Mansion,causing him to crash heavily against the wall.

Sharon bent nature to her will,using the bushes to attack it. It found them harmless and repelled every tree with a wave.

This gave AJ the opportunity to zoom up on it and drive an icicle deep into its skull.

She twisted it,laughing maniacally.

"Die you extinct creature" she said and removed the icicle,leaving a hole in the Titan's head.

She jumped down from it. Unfortunately,she was just halfway when the titan caught her and squeezed her. She teleported away from its clutch,gasping for air.

"The aura" she said and frowned.

"It's absorbing our powers" she replied but it was too late.

The Titan sped and caught her,smashing her into the floor.

It caught Drake and Drex,compelling then into a deep slumber.

It caught Sallah and caused his cells to minimize,causing his body system to weaken to an extent he had little life force. It looked at Sharon and laughed loudly. It advanced and before Sharon could teleport,it flicked her with its huge fingers,crashing her on the floor.

She got up and casted a burning spell,coating her with the right amount of heat. As it touched her,it jumped back,hurt.

"Feels horrible right?" She asked.

It roared,angered. It began to clench its fist and she felt her body squeeze.

"What are you doing to me?" She asked.

"Pyrokinesis" it replied and continued squeezing the life force off her.

When she felt it was time to die,a figure jumped up behind the Titan and decapitated it with a single swipe of its claws.

Sharon looked ahead and smiled.

"Elsa" she called.

"So no one really notices me?" The latter asked as the Titan fell on the floor.

"It's a good thing you suggested you stayed as backup" Sharon replied and hugged her

"Thanks sister." She said.

"You're welcome." Elsa replied.

"Now that that's done,let's plan." She told Elsa who readily agreed.

AJ got up weakly,followed by Sallah,then Drake and Drex who were all weak.

"Thanks Elsa" Drex appreciated.

AJ then stared at Elsa then smiled.

"I know you before Elsa" she said.

"You do?" Elsa asked though she already knew what the former meant.

"Yes. You are Lanre's friend...The Bleeding Tattoo"

Dwayne felt his head was beginning to spin as Eerling kept pounding it.

He knew Eerling wanted to kill him slow and painfully but he had to fight. It would be a shame that the Dragon's Soul had lost to his enemy's son. He was spent of every ounce of energy in him. Being a Dragon,he didn't feel the heat he had felt earlier and that was really killing him.

He shut his eyes,seeing Yu Yuan's face. Then he remembered he had bought a gift for her and it was now destroyed,courtesy of Eerling.

He grit his teeth and yelled.

Heat surfaced and then,cool. The sudden drop in temperature shook Eerling who had to leave Dwayne at the moment.

Utilising his chance,Dwayne stood up and began to generate icicles from the ground. At a signal,the icicles lurched toward him and caused slight bruises on Eerling's skin. He rushed towards the already stunned Eerling and rammed his fist into the serpent head,causing a huge dent in the skull. As he landed,he jumped into Eerling,making him stagger. Then he jumped and aimed for his main head,coating his fist with ice.

Upon contact,Eerling shuddered and fell cold on the floor. He just lay there,breathing slowly. He had been defeated by Dwayne whose looks suddenly began to change.

At first,his skin reddened,then two huge horns sprouted from his head. His teeth all became canine and at the centre of his head was a gem.

He was now a full fledged Demon and was bloodthirsty. Every step he took radiated immense heat that darkened the ground. His aura was enough to kill a Dragon but Eerling was not an ordinary one,though he was already weak.

The aura emitting from Dwayne was a Tribrid's. One that consisted of a Demon Lord,the Dragon's Soul and a Werewolf.

"Eerling." He called. The latter looked at him hopelessly. He was defeated by a different Dwayne. One that was now evil. One that defeated him without transforming into a Dragon.

"Wh..Wh..What is it?" He stuttered.

"You have spent enough time on earth. I shall send your head back to your father as a warning." Dwayne continued and raised his arm,then it morphed into a red,hot sword.

Eerling knew he was done for. There was no escaping it. He was going to die.

"Die" he roared and brought it down. Eerling shut his eyes,awaiting his death.

The word "Die" kept ringing in his head but there was no result. He slowly opened his eyes and saw the leading minion before him.

The sword was stuck on his neck and his head fell off.

"No" he wailed,sad. His father's leading servant had saved his life.

"You were a faithful warrior" he continued.

He faced Dwayne with blood shot eyes filled with rage,hate and revenge.

"You would pay,but,I acknowledge your prowess. Mark my words,you shall die" he threatened and disappeared.

Dwayne shook his head,feeling a cool sensation. He looked before him and remembered what he had just done.

"No" he said,looking at his skin.

"I am not a murderer" he said,crying. He felt dark in his mind and couldn't control it. He tried fighting it but it stood firm.

"The ring" he said and tried removing it. He tried all he could but the ring was stuck to his finger.

"Don't fight this Dwayne" a voice said in his head. The voice was dark and demonic,yet cool.

"Who are you?" Dwayne asked,angry.

"You shall still know but for now,accept me. We are one" the figure replied and Dwayne fell,feeling darkness consume him.

In the middle of a battlefield was Odius. He was donned in a golden armor and he had a vicious smile on his face. Surrounding him were thousands of citizens who were eager to watch the battle but as it seemed,there wasn't going to be a battle.

He frowned,hoping Abel had arrived but the latter didn't show up.

"Coward" he muttered,digging his sword into the ground.

"There wouldn't be a battle anymore" he yelled. "As it appears,my opponent,the prince isn't coming. I guess he's scared of dying" he continued.

This brought put a disappointed reaction from the people who muttered and grumbled.

"Wait" Abel's voice sonded from a distance and he sped into the battlefield.

"There would be a fight. I was just caught up some family issues" he said. Odius chuckled,shaking his head.

"So here is our prince. I thought you would chicken out" he said. Abel also chuckled and shook his head.

"I ain't one five hundred year old former warrior that got trashed by a kid" he mocked. That infuriated Odius but he kept his cool. He was about to regain his pride.

"I do not understand your strange language well but I know you wouldn't be standing by the time we're done" he replied.

"Is that so?" Abel asked.

"Then bring it on" he challenged.

Hearing that,both charged towards each other. Odius had his sword in hand and brought it down on Abel. The latter rolled out of the way and jumped,aiming a punch for Odius' neck. Odius caught him and swung him a few feet away. Abel landed roughly and as he made to move,he received a huge blow to the side and he fell. He was quick to roll sideways,evading another drastic hit from Odius then he quickly shot plasma balls at the latter,buying himself a little time.

He rushed towards Odius and punched furiously. Odius blocked each of the hits and then kicked him,causing him to stop momentarily. Before he could resume,a blast of fire threw him backwards then another fire ball stuck him to the ground.

He was weak and he knew there was no way he was going to defeat Odius in his human form.

He then transformed into an ape,standing tall and gallant. He roared and charged towards Odius who had also transformed,but into a Lycantrophe.

Both Supernaturals clashed,clutching each other's arm in a wrestle to overthrow the other. Knowing it was futile,Odius used his claws to tear Abel's shoulders,causing him to lose his stance.

With Abel now in his grip,Odius sped forth,crashing him against a barrier he had magically constructed,then he lifted him and slammed him into the ground.

Using his feet,Abel pushed him off then transformed into a Reptilian. At great speed,he attacked,causing hit after hit with s***h after s***h on Odius. Then he began to encircle Odius,generating a huge amount of acidic venom.

At a go,he hurled it at Odius who was caught off guard. The acid solidified,having sharp,pointy heads that pierced into Odius' chest. The effect threw him on the floor and he fell right on his back.

Abel stood above him,the placed a leg on his chest.

"Weakling" he muttered then spat on him.

He turned his head for a second and his gaze landed on Ella who smiled in encouragement.

Unknown to him,Odius was not affected and was waiting for an opportunity to strike.

Seeing Abel was distracted,he moved,driving his claws straight to his midsection. Abel saw him with the corner of his eyes and flipped backwards.

Luckily,he got scratched a bit and was standing on both feet.

"I would kill you!" Doom yelled in fury. He rushed towards Abel who evaded every one of his hits.

Abel struck back but his strength as a Reptilian did no harm to Odius as he caught Abel's wrist and broke it,then he shoved his claws towards his neck.

Abel twisted and slipped his wrist free of Odius' grip. He ran a few yards away,then transformed into a Lycantrophe.

"Time to go Wolf versus Wolf." He muttered and rushed towards Odius.

Odius was faster and landed quick strikes on his chest.

He lifted him by the neck and slammed him into the ground. He grabbed his neck,making to twist it. Abel punched his head,causing Odius to lose his grip on his neck.

Abel wanted to attack but he stopped. All of his energy was building up and he knew the perfect thing to do. His right arm began to heat up and he looked at it. He gasped,shocked to see a huge wave of light. Odius saw it also and rushed towards him,trying to take him out before he could shoot.

As they both were near,Abel suddenly sneezed and found himself before the barrier. He wanted to retract his blast but it was too late.

He shot at it and an explosion occurred. There was loud sound which was followed by the rumbling of the earth. He looked ahead and saw that the barrier that once glowed was no longer there. He began to feel weak.

"Abel" Evelyn called from behind,running towards him.

Behind her were thousands of Asterans who had heard the explosion and came to see what happened. As she neared him,the unexpected happened.

Doom appeared right before Abel and grabbed him. Beside him were the weakened and unconscious Alfred and Christine.

"Too late" he smiled.

Evelyn frowned,anger beclouding her.

"Doom. What did you do?" She asked.

"Isn't it obvious? Your spies told me about Astera and also,I am back" he replied.

"Leave my son alone or I'll..." She warned.

"Or you'll what? Tell me." He asked.

"By the way,he might be your son but I also have rights to him since he's my flesh and blood. You used my blood to make Jamie a Multibreed,so Abel is also my blood. That can also mean he's my son" he continued.

"Doom,don't do this" she warned.

"Why shouldn't I?" He asked.

"Leave the boy,he knows nothing. It's between you and I." She said.

"Oh yes...he knows nothing. I'm sure you didn't tell him everything but don't worry,he's going to a history class with me. Goodbye Evelyn" he said and gripped Abel.

"By the way,deal with your traitors." He stated and disappeared.

"Nooooooooo!" Evelyn shouted. All her life. All her years of trying and Abel was now gone. She had lost to Doom.

Angrily,she turned towards the weak Alfred and Christine.

"Lock them up" she instructed.

"As for Odius,you shall pay for your part in this betrayal" she yelled and also disappeared.
