CHAPTER VIII: Third Wheel

I’ll be satisfied to be just your best friend rather than losing you…

I cried myself to sleep.

When I woke up, I noticed a note from Milena. She said that her house is open if I would like to have a slumber party tonight. My mind told me to ignore her, but my heart insisted that I should go. Even if I’ll be hurt again.

Maybe she told her girlfriend that I now know the real deal between them. I understand that Milena wants me to befriend her girl because I’m part of her family too. She might not tell her family yet, but at least she has a supportive sister like me. Ha! If she only knew how I detest her spoiled brat girlfriend! And because I’m such a martyr, I quickly showered and went to their house to ‘have fun’ and to ‘bond’ with my ‘little sisters’.

When I arrived at their house, I knocked and called for almost five minutes, but no one answered. Luckily, I brought the duplicate key! I unlocked the door and went in. There’s no one in the living and dining area so I checked upstairs. I saw Milena sleeping like a log while wearing only a towel! The sight is tempting!

I crouched carefully beside her and stare at her beautiful sleeping face. I gently lean over her, slightly touching the tip of my nose unto hers and controlling myself not to steal a kiss from her lips! When I’m satisfied on what I was doing, I shake her shoulders hard to wake her up.

“Yo! Wake up lazy bones!”

She mumbled, “Zec! Stop shaking me! I feel like my brain will explode!”

“Why are you sleeping naked? Is Miss Spoiled-Brat here?”

“Oops. Sorry. I fell asleep and didn’t care putting on some clothes. Azil will be here later.”

Great! The doom is near! I went to her closet and grabbed some clothes for her. I aimed at her face.

“Ouch! My beautiful face! Be careful, Zec!”

I chuckled. She immediately removed the towel around her. I quickly turned around before I could see her naked body! She really doesn’t care! When I looked back at her, she’s wearing her sports bra and shorts instead of the jogging pants I gave her. I couldn’t help but to stare at her fit body as she wore her shirt over her head.

She caught me staring and said, “Hey witch! What are you looking at?”

“How did you get fit? You don’t have that six-pack now, but you’re getting there. When did you start working out?”, my sharp-witted reply.

“Regular exercise and I still play badminton sometimes. We should set a schedule! I miss playing badminton with you!”

“Can I touch you---your soon-to-be abs?”, I stammered. I couldn’t help it! She’s so yummy!

“Tee-hee. Sure. Here.”, she lifted her shirt and let me touch her. I bit my lip as I let my fingers roam up and down her slightly rock-hard abs.

She asked, “See? Do you believe me now? I can easily punch that boy who hurt you! I’m strong and I can defend you!”

Milena why are you opening that topic again? You are the person who incapacitated my heart!

I said, “Are you sure this is real? This is not a fake body suit? And even if you are fit, it does not mean you’re strong. You’l l still lose if you punch the person who hurt me.”

I tickled her so that we could drop the subject were talking. If she asked me one more time, I might tell her the truth!

I pushed her to the bed and get on top of her and tickled her more.She’s crying of too much laughter, but I kept going.

“Look! You are boastful about your four-packed-abs, you’re still weak!You can’t even stop me!”

“Please! Stop it Zec! I might start belching later! And my eyes can’t stop crying because I am laughing too much!”

I laughed and steal simple touches and hugs as I tickle her.

“Ahem”, someone cleared their throat. I stopped tickling Milena and looked at the person who interrupted our sweet moment. I saw a freak brat girl with an eyebrow raised at us while her arms folded across her chest. Uhm…What’s her name again? Milena called her something like… Az… Azzhole? Ha-ha!

Milena pushed me off her quickly. I was surprised that I didn’t have time to break my fall on the floor. My lips touched the ground and my nose was crushed! I played dead as I heard Milena explaining herself like a scaredy-cat, “Hi baby, Zec and I were just goofing around. This witch started tickling me and I can’t stop her.”

She’s blaming me?! Don’t tell me that my dominant love became submissive to this brat?!

She kicked my motionless body and said, “Hey Zec stand up and make us some popcorn. I’ll prepare the movies we’ll watch tonight!”

I sighed, stood up and said, “Okay boss!”

Oh my gosh! I’m submissive to my love too! It’s alright for me if she’son top, also, if we’re in bed! Ha-ha! 

I massaged my hurt nose. Milena laughed at me when she saw my nose! I pinched her butt cheeks and then smiled coyly at Azzhole before making my way downstairs.

After I made some popcorn, I grabbed some sodas then went back to the room. I saw them in a nasty position! I raised an eyebrow as I sat beside Milena. I gave a soda to Milena and the b***h at the other side of my love. I put the big bowl of popcorn on Milena’s lap because she’s in the middle.

I felt sleepy after watching two rom-com movies. Maybe because my energy drained from too much crying, but I don’t want to leave Milena’s side. I laid my head on her shoulder to sleep. She gently shook me up and asked, “Hey besty,you wanna sleep properly?”

I groggily said, “No. I’m still watching. Let me make you my pillow.” I wanted to sleep at her lap, so she removed the bowl at her lap and let me. I pretended that I’m still watching so I faced towards the television.

After a while, my sleep was disturbed when I heard low moans beside me. I turned to my other side, facing Milena, and slowly opened my eyes. I was shocked to see an up close live show of two girls making out! s**t! I’m still here you know! Can’t you see me, you impolite imbeciles?! I closed my eyes again and exhaled my frustration!

I thanked all the gods and goddesses when someone knocked at the door! I pretended that I just woke up. Milena’s mom was asking for something then this Azzhole pretended that she’s busy scrolling thru her phone! She’s pouting like a sore loser! Ha! She’s unsatisfied! I’m so happy they were interrupted by mother dearest!

I looked at Milena as she was talking to her mother. I hope that her mother didn’t notice anything unusual! For Pete’s sake! Her daughter is making out with a girl! I knew that Milena kept her relationship a secret because of how strict and conservative her parents were. I saw her mother took a brief look inside the room before she kissed goodbye to Milena.

When Milena walked back to bed, I rubbed my eyes and yawned. Still pretending that I’m half awake.

“Mimi, I don’t want to watch the next movie. I’m sleepy.”, said the Azzhole.

“Okay baby. You and Zec will share the bed. I’ll sleep on the floor.”

Oh, hell no! I don’t want to sleep beside this hypocrite!

I shouted “NO!!!” at the top of my lungs that startled both.

“What’s that Zec?”, Milena uncertainly asked.

Come on, Frincez! Think fast! I discreetly said, “No.This is your bed and both of you love birds should sleep together. I’ll sleep on the floor.”

“Wait, Zec. Mimi’s bed is big enough for us. We’ll share the bed. I’ll sleep here on the right side.”

What a show off! I almost rolled my eyeballs at her. You will not fool me b***h! If she wanted to pretend that she’s good to me in front of Milena,then I will too!

“Oh, okay. Lena sleep beside your girlfriend, and I sleep on the left.”

I know Milena doesn’t want me or her girl to sleep on the floor, so I didn’t argue with Azzhole. Milena doesn’t like sleeping in the middle, but I don’t want to sleep beside that wench!

Milena scratched the back of her head and said, “Okay, girls! I’ll take a quick shower first.”

“Come here, baby. You don’t need to take a shower. You’re not smelly so hug me and let’s sleep!”, countered the flirty b***h.

“You already took a shower earlier, Lena. You’ll get sick.”, I curiously said. Maybe she’s still turned on by their hot make-out session earlier! Hmph!

“Oh, alright!”, she helplessly said and settled between me and Azzhole.

I went under the blanket and forced myself to sleep when I caught a glimpse of Milena wrapping her arm around her girl. Ow! You’re hurting my poor heart again, Milena! 

Tears started falling from my eyes and I tried hard not to let them hear my whimpers of pain! It hurts so much that she’s sleeping with the love of her life! She’s here within my arm reach, but she’s holding someone else!
