CHAPTER XVIII: Spellbound

All parts of me scream your name… could you tell me that you love me too?

My body stiffened under her touch. I felt hot and I’m sure she could see my reddened face.

I moved my head away from her face and said, “Wait! Let go of me, Milena! If you want to start something like this, make sure we’ll be both satisfied in the end!”

My world stopped revolving and my heart started to pump faster when she lowered her head and started showering small kisses on my neck.She still has a strong grip on my hands above my head. Her body on top of me was radiating too much heat!

My breathing turns ragged, “Stop. Hey, Mi. We should stop this. Or I will lose control.”

I’m slightly pushing her away. I know I liked this to happen,but I wanted to make sure that she really wanted this. She ignored me writhing under her and continued kissing my neck. She’s turning me on! I bit my lip to suppress a moan when she lightly flicked her tongue on my ear then kiss her way back to the side of my neck. I stopped from pushing her away. I felt that she let go of my hands. I then automatically wrapped my arms around her head. Her hands were already gripping the hem of my shirt, ready to undress me, but someone knocked at the door.

I wanted to scream in protest! I could kill the person behind that door! The intruder knocked again and said, “Hello? Milena are you awake? We need to run a test on our application before a client presentation tomorrow. Meeting at the dining area. Please wake up Zec in her room too.”

Boss!!!I wanted to strangle you to death! Why now? I’m almost in heaven! I wanted to kill our client too! Argh! This is so frustrating!

Milena sighed before answering, “Alright, boss! We’ll be down in ten minutes!”

I looked at her and I saw how she was controlling her lust.She sighed again and get off me and said, “I am sorry Zec for teasing you that much.”

Why was she saying sorry? I’m the one who’s seducing her! My gosh! I really want her to take me right now! It’s so hot in here!

She pinched both of my cheeks, “Hey, stop fantasizing about me! Come on! They are waiting for us.”

We fixed our wrinkled clothes then we made sure that the coast was clear before going out of the room. Milena went to the balcony to grab her laptop while I head straight to our meeting area and pretended that I’m not aroused! I’m controlling myself not to strangle Boss Monty’s neck! He really ruined our moment!

After our meeting, Milena went to the kitchen. Maybe she’ll brew some coffee. I followed her. I needed her—um I mean I needed caffeine in my system. She’s deep in her thoughts and jumped a little when she saw me.

“Hey Zec! Want some coffee?”

“Yep. I really need that. Give me a very strong one. To help me fight my love for you.”

I don’t think that a simple strong coffee could help me fight for her. I needed a miracle!

She spitted some coffee out of her mouth when I caught her off guard.

“Are you insane? What love are you talking about? And please don’t involve coffee with such antics.”

I walked closer to her and hugged her from behind and whispered, “Can we continue what we are doing earlier, Mi? In your room? I was so turned on that when our boss knocked, I want to behead him!”

I started kissing her exposed nape and unto the side of her face.

She pushed me away and let out a long whisper-shout “STOOOOP!!!”

It was just loud enough for me to hear. She added, “Zec! They might see us! We are working, and we should act as professionals! What happened in that room, stays in that room!”

Wow! Looks like she’s ready to take me! I laughed internally.I smiled at her as a naughty idea popped up in my mind.

I looked at her and said, “So… You’re saying we will continue that on your room later? Okay. I will not disturb you now, so you can finish your tasks in no time. Meet you in your room at midnight.”

I winked and walked away. I sat back with our group like there’s nothing happened at the kitchen. I heard our boss being boastful about his skills and something about flirty cats.

My friend, Jaka, laughed at one of our boss’s jokes. He added his own word of wisdom, “'Programming is like s*x, one mistake and you have to support it for the rest of your life”

I looked around and saw that all the guys nodded. What?!Jerks! He already has a pregnant girlfriend and he’s bragging that he will not marry the girl and support their child. What a nuthead! The girls became uncomfortable of the boy’s nonsense talk so they made their own conversation group.

I watched my love being disgusted by the boys and she sat back on her chair. She put on her earphones and got busy on her work. After two hours, some of them took a cigarette break or a quick nap. They asked me to join them, but I chose to stay behind. I walked towards Milena when I saw her being upset on her work.I sat beside her and calmed her down by massaging her head down to her back and shoulders.

“Hey, Mi take pity on your mouse and laptop. What seems to be the problem?”

“That’s my problem. I don’t know what’s wrong. There are no errors but it’s still not displaying the things I wanna see!”

I chuckled at her annoyed voice. My love is really hot… I mean she’s a hot-headed person.

“Sometimes, you are not seeing the things in front of your eyes.”

Like me. I’m always here in front of you, but you’re still looking for someone else.

“I don’t want to give up! I can fix this!”, she shouted enthusiastically.

Well, that’s my girl!

I smiled and said, “I know. That’s one thing I love about you. And I don’t want to give up too. Let me check the HTML codes. You can take a nap and everything will be okay when you woke up.”

“Whatevah! You said too much! You can just say ’give me your laptop, Mi’”, she grumpily said. Back to b***h mode.

I laughed at her cuteness. She just needed a nap. A little rest and everything will be fine. I checked her codes and let her take a rest for a while. I was surprised that she chose to sleep on my lap. 

I whispered, “I said take a nap. Not take my lap.”

I hesitated but deep inside there’s butterflies in my stomach and my heart almost leaped out of my chest. After she closed her eyes, she drifted off to sleep easily. My sleepyhead! She needed a break, but she pushed herself to work that’s why she easily became irritated by small things. I stared at her beautiful face like I always do. I brushed the tip of my finger on her pointy nose then carefully traced the outline of her face--- a perfectly sculpted beauty. I grabbed my phone and took some stolen shots of my sweet love. Another remembrance of my stolen moments with her.

When our team went back to the room one by one, I playfully pinched her cute cheeks to wake her up, “Mi, nap time’s over!”

She mumbled, “Five more minutes, please.”

Classic Milena! I patted her head and said, “Tsk-tsk. Still the lazy bones I know.” And then run my fingers through her smooth silky hair.

She grabbed my hand, “Zec! Stop! It’ll make me sleepier if you continue doing that.”

“Wake up already! Boss will scold us if he caught you! And I already solved your problem. Some of the HTML codes are set to invisible that is why you thought you have error on your coding.”

I took a sharp intake of breath as she buried her head deeper between my legs. Oops! Don’t think a perverted image! She’s just trying to get more sleep! I pushed her to get up and I was startled when she stood up. She smiled and kissed my cheeks, “Thanks Zec! You’re the best!”

I ran to the kitchen and said that I will make us some coffee. I didn’t want her to see my flushed face. She really doesn’t know her effects on me! When I entered the kitchen, I gulped a glass of cold water to calm down my raging hormones.

Two more days passed by with non-stop work and today, we finally had a break! Monty said we could sleep for the whole day! At last! 

I spent my time looking at the night sky from the balcony. It’s so nice to watch the bright moon. She’s so lonely like me. There were no stars tonight. I deeply sighed. Milena went to her room and I didn’t follow her. I don’t want to disturb her. She needed some rest after two days of nonstop work.

I was reminiscing my happy moments with Milena since day one when someone tapped me on my shoulder, “Hey witch.What are you doing outside? There are many mosquitoes here at night.”

I didn’t hear her clearly, so I asked, “Huh? What?”

She laughed at me and said, “Are you deep in your thoughts?So deep that you got drowned?”

“Your joke is not funny, Milena”, I said slightly irritated.Can’t she see I’m having a moment here?!

“Wow. Crabby!”

“You are ruining my moment here! Get back inside!”

“Why? Are you filming a sentimental music video here? Where are the hidden cameras? WHERE?!”

“If you’re gonna make fun at me, just get lost!”

I pushed her back inside. She stopped laughing when she noticed that I’m serious.

When she went back to the kitchen, I closed my eyes as tears started to well up. I’m feeling emotional this night. Maybe because I’m dreading the remaining days I had with her here.
