"Good morning everyone!" yelled Mia as she was running down the away from a very angry brother who was hot on her heels yelling her name while she laughed. As Mia ran into the kitchen to hide from her brother who was covered in baby powder and had a look on his face that promised pain. "Mia you are so f*****g dead when I get my hands on you!" yelled her brother Daren. Daren ran into the kitchen after Mia but was stopped by their father Ian who was the Beta of the pack. "What is going on with you both this morning and why is Daren covered in baby powder?!" said their father. "I didn't do anything dad! Ian came out of the bathroom covered in baby powder and when he saw me he came running after me because he thought I did something to his hairdryer" exclaimed Mia who had put on her best innocent puppy dog look that she could muster but her eyes said otherwise. Daren looked at her and snarled at her saying " I know it was you, you damn brat! Because who else would be ballsy enough to do something like this to me!". Before their dad could say anything the Alpha Mark came down and when he saw Daren covered in baby powder he couldn't help but laugh at him. "Well, Ian I can see that Mia finally got Daren back after he put hair bleach in her shampoo bottle" laughed Mark. Mia couldn't help but blush when she saw Mark come into the room. You see Mark is only 3 months younger than Mia but had to become Alpha when his father died in an attack last month when a mysterious group attacked us out of nowhere. "I can see that but she had no right to do that to her brother now off you both go to school while Mark and I attend to pack business," said Ian. With a grumble, Daren went upstairs to go clean up and Mia smiled at them. "Okay dad I will see you both later, and I love you dad." said Mia who hugged her dad but blushed when she turned to the Alpha to bow in respect. before she left for school not knowing that that morning will be the last time that she will ever see her father again.
