"Audra, one of my minions was captured. This payout better be f*****g worth it!" The lead demon, Marcus, shouted at me. His red eyes blazed right through me to discern whatever I may be scheming. I tried my best to look convincing and not let him know my plans were to get the money, stiff the demons, and lie low until Daniel and Ellie let their guards down.
