"How are we going to get to Austin without a proper plan? We can't afford to take on the Council without one. Getting entangled with them would only bring trouble for our pack and Dad," Ethna interjected, concern evident in her tone.

"What if I propose, sleeping with him as a solution? It's not ideal, but it might be our best option," I tentatively suggested.
