I was the first of the two of us to get out of the bathroom, and I look to find an empty Main Street.
I start having anxiety, because it looked like a f*****g ghost town, no employees, no guests, and no Mickey Mouse himself.
This makes me grip Sorcerer Mickey closer to my chest, and then I hear Tara walk out, stopping right next to me.
“Did everyone already leave to the monorail?” She asks in astonishment.
“Let’s go Lauren, we can’t miss the monorail.” Tara says grabbing my arm and then making us both run out of the park and at the entrance.
But there were no overly crowded people.no Disney employees, not even that lady that almost stopped us from using the bathroom.
“We were in there for twenty f*****g minutes, how did everyone get out of here so fast?” Tara asks me, and I presume herself as well, since it’s just us.
“No idea, but Tara, I’m so scared.” I say truthfully.
Which I am, not to be overly dramatic or anything, but I’m f*****g scared.
There is nobody here.
“Okay relax, let’s just look around for people, and stick close together, whatever happens.” Tara says trying to calm herself down.
“We can’t exactly get on the monorail, because they already closed it!’ I said about to lose my cool.
Tara then turned to face me, whilst putting both of her hands on my shoulders, trying to make me calm down.
“So, do we just stay here? Or start looking for any Disney employee?” I ask her whilst calming down.
Tara starts thinking for a little.
“Okay, just let’s look for any Disney employees, they can then show us another exit out of this damn ghost town.” Tara explains while Tara explains while going to the boats.
“We should start out here, see if there are any employees, but stay close by me Lauren, I don’t want us getting separated.” Tara adds.
“Alright.” I just say.
Once we get on the dock, Tara and I look at the ships.
“Oh, come on, there is no one on here!?” Tara asks/yells.
Making me mentally sigh.
“Come on Tara, let’s go back.” I tell whilst grabbing her hand.
We then walk back over the tracks and inside the park.
*****..........*****
We sit down on the edge of the sidewalk, whilst our feet are touching the road.
“I just want to go home; I want to see Brandon.” I say hugging the Sorcerer Mickey I got him.
“Me too, my dad is probably packing up in his hotel room, having no clue that I am trapped here.” Tara says with a frown on her face.
We then both get our phones out and see that we have no service.
Well isn’t that great…
“Do you know if the Wi-Fi is on?” Tara asks me.
I shake my head.
“Nope, the only lights on are these streetlights.” I tell her.
She groans.
Then looks at her phone.
“At least my phone is on 92%. What’s yours on?” Tara asks me.
I check the battery.
“Um, 95%.” I explained.
She just nodded her head.
“Good, we need to not use them so much, we only use them for flashlights, and to make a phone call once we find a spot that has service.” Tara explains.
“Yeah, good idea.” I tell her.
“Okay so since there are clearly no freaking Disney employees, so we need to find the other exit ourselves.” Tara explains agitated.
“We are in Tomorrowland, and it just amazes me how empty this place looks.” Tara added whilst fixing up her ponytail.
I look at the time on my phone, which currently says 11:17 pm.
The parked closed an hour ago, I mean today is Wednesday, and in an hour, it’ll be Thursday.
“We should start walking.” I said putting my phone away.
We both stand up, and then Tara gets out her handy-dandy map of Magic Kingdom that we’ve been using all day today.
“Okay, so this right here looks like an exit near Frontierland, maybe we can try it out.” She tells me whilst pointing to a spot off Frontierland.
“Alright, but remember, we have to walk, physically walk to it.” I remind her as a matter of fact.
Since all the rides are closed, we can’t ride that monorail to there from Tomorrowland.
“Bleh, okay, let’s go” Tara groans.
******………..…….******
We finally get into Frontierland and damn it’s scarier than anywhere else in this park.
“Oh my gosh, this is like a horror movie, and now some crazy killer will pop out and stab us.” Tara says whilst looking around.
“Ah, Tara don’t say things like that.” I say shaking my head.
She then gives me a grin.
“Sorry, but to be honest here, it could happen.” She says shrugging her shoulders.
I sighed and then sat down on the ground.
And put Sorcerer Mickey on my legs.
“Well, I need a moment.” I explained whilst letting out a yawn.
Tara then sits across from me to where our feet are touching.
I rub my ankles whilst Tara is raising her phone up in the air, hoping to find some sort of signal out here.
“Do you have any bars?” I ask her while still giving both of my ankles a full-on massage now.
Tara then groans.
“Dammit, no. I still don’t.” Tara whines.
I frowned and hanged my head down.
We really, oh so badly, need to get out of here.
“Lauren, I’m so scared now. I can’t call anyone to come get us.” Tara says sounding upset.
Oh no, if she starts getting upset, then I will start.
And we both can’t be upset, now is not the damn time.
